Wasn't it supposed to increase from 3.5/7% to 4.5/9%?

My weapons are still displaying 3.5% each.
Was it changed before the release of the patch?

Hey All,
Dracarys is a recently created PVP guild on EP side NA server. We run mainly 12-16 sized groups primetime as well smaller groups during non primetime.
It goes without saying if you're not a fan of organised guild play then you most likely won't enjoy these videos but if you like to see organised group play in outnumbered or GVG situations then enjoy :)

STAMINA DPS IN PVE IS FINALLY SOMEWHAT BALANCED!!!

We are now in the 4th patch of this games existence that stamina dps toons in pve are relevant, not frowned upon when brought into trials. Throughout the history of this game we have seen magicka dps toons completely dominating pve other than thieves guild, dark brotherhood, morrowind, and horns of the reach. Obviously in thieves guild and dark brotherhood, maelstrom daggers and axes really put stamina dps well ahead of mag toons for the first time, by a large margin at that. Sadly, after the 33% nerf those weapons took in 1 tamriel, they have been useless and under performing compared to simple crafted sets ever since. Regardless, things are where they should be at this point in time. Stam toons are doing big single target damage, while mag toons are bringing the heat with the infamous aoe damage. The buffs to blade cloak has brought survivability that is somewhat comparable to damage shields. The only thing I can really complain about is the single target throne stam dks have always sat in. I would like to see any other stam class able to take over that throne one day, considering stam dks have always been meta tanks. Regardless, really happy to see the state of pve right now and the inclusion of stam dps toons. I know ZOS sees about a 9-1 hate-praise ratio on these forums, and I think in this general aspect they have achieved the best balance this game has ever seen as far as pve dps goes. It surely beats the 8 mag sorc dps runs that were required for world record runs just a few months ago in homestead. ZOS, you have listened to the community and achieved good balance here, for that I thank you.

My tank build for PVE dungeons AND trials. It has been in the making for a very long time and finally ready to present. This build has tanked everything (including Rakkhat although he didn't die that day lol).

You "CAN" use this in PVP if you are leading a zerg or griefing the hell out of people with stuns roots etc, just have to switch off the ranged taunt for claws and you can pretty much hold on to a target all of the time while stunning them with vamp heal/ferocious leap, and avoiding snares and cc...its really annoying! Your damage shields means you cant be crit hit, your vampire mist means you take less damage and immune to cc, your heals are huge and you heal FROM incoming magic projectiles....bring on the crystal shards:)

Ill post how to run this in pvp with a couple of changes this week IF people are interested. ENJOY!!

So of late we have been noticing a larger than normal increase in damage in PVP. I have heard that the CP Master at Arms plays a part in this and perhaps the War Maiden set. No one can confirm this and its pure speculation at this point but ZOS should take a look at it. The damage on recaps seems off from before the patch. I can't say what or where but its not as it was a few weeks ago.

I was in battlegrounds when mid fight I got kicked out, I'm able to login to my other toons except my main. I have searched online and only find "Resolved" not any steps in how people resolved their character being locked.

AoE DoTs Change Damage After Cast. Single Target DoTs Do Not. Is This Intended?

Things Like Volley, Caltrops, Wall of elements change their damage based on your current stats (Weapon/Spell). Bleeds such as Twin Slashes, Rend, and Cleave do not. Nor will other DoTs such as Soul Assault, and Flurry.

Is this intended?

So I was in vWGT and everything went smootly up until this fight. It was already tough, and even in normal could stop groups cold and break them, never mind vet. However, the recent upgrades to the boss have actually doubled the difficulty. 2 people get the gray now, which would make a hard fight go a bit smoother and with everything else remaining the same. Getting double the rifts, with 3x the hp to break and double the mob spawn speed, took an already very hard vet boss fight (keeping up the hp is hard with the sheer damage output) and made it twice as hard or more as it already was. Please either take it back to the way it was or drop down the portal count and hp to a more reasonable number.

Also, please don't make the same mistake Blizzard did and think that more and tougher mechanics make things more entertaining for the majority of your players. Trust me, they don't. They just exclude content from players in an ever increasing amount as they frustrate people. Either the people not able to do them readily or the groups that kick them for not doing it perfectly the first few times while they get used to them.

Should all abilities work off of current stats or should some be Snapshots?

Snapshotting an ability would essentially encapsulate the damage at time of application. For a DoT this would mean that its damage would be consistent and only change if the afflicted enemy receives debuffs that would increase/decrease damage taken.

This means that DoTs and the like could be buffed to hit like a truck upon application. but requires the know how to have effects synergize well with it. Raising the Ceiling.

If Snapshotting abilities was removed entirely it would Raise the Floor and lower the Ceiling by having the damage output be less analogous (allowing for more mistakes when it comes to rotation) but lower the overall damage output possible.


(Reason for leaving out a "leave it as it is option" is because several abilities are only partial snapshots, meaning there are still several bugs/inconsistencies).

30GB update later I log in to walk into nFH (Falkreath Hold) to see what it looks like and wonder if I could somehow solo it carefully on my StamBlade PvE main. No. No I can't. Even on normal the difficulty is annoyingly hard. Not so much "impossible" hard, just REALLY annoying. What's up with these new mob attacks anyway? If you're not being knocked back you're being thrown off balance, then after you recover you're knocked back again. But whatever.

ZOS what are you doing, this game is usually kinda ugly WHY IS THIS DUNGEON SO PRETTY??

THIS is what I'd been holding out for in visuals with new content. I realize this is incredibly linear and compact so the quality is amped up because of that but LOOK AT THIS. The terrain detailing, the sheer amount of vegetation and flora, the distinct representation of a legit wilderness! I'm nerding out so hard over a well made little section of woods in a Group Dungeon this is stupid. If only you guys made everywhere look like this. It's exactly what pulls me away from the achievement hunting and the daily chores. This is what makes me desire to just walk around and explore. To take in the sights as I find out whats behind those trees or on the other side of that ridge or around that boulder. This, is beautiful. But the sad reality is this kind of quality will only exist in small instances such as Dungeons cause I'm positive replicating this level of detail to the overworld questing zones would take monumental effort not to mention require a heavy performance hit.

But regardless, ZOS you've made a gorgeous looking environment for Falkreath Hold and I REALLY appreciate that, even if I can't enjoy it as much as I'd like due to it being in sorta difficult group content. And I just wanted to share my feelings on the matter.

....oh. And inside the town of Falkreath itself lags like nothing else. Might wanna look into that.

Idea: Werewolf and combat pets skins

Could be nice to have a skin of Werewolf and the pets, like the Warden's bear,
And the Mounts.
What I mean for example the warden can use that one skin for the bear, so:
A pet with a Dwemer armor or a tattoos,
And a Black/White werewolf with a Dwemer armor on some parts of his body,
with dwemer style claw and etc,
Or a werewolf with alliance style armor on...
Or a red tattoos like on the new HOTR wolves,
Or an Undead werewolf like in the Cinematic trailer of the game?

dont know if its just me or not but i have done five in a row today but are just getting the same ones in Stonefall ?! why not some of the other zones

does it have something to do with my level ( lvl 14) ?

Three times tonight I had players refuse to put their Bankers or Merchants away through the entire dungeon, even when asked. One of them was during a Vet HM pledge. You refuse to put them away, have fun looking for another Healer. Straight to Ignore List too.

Bloodroot Forge HM bugged?

I finally had the time to finish the HotR HM achievements yesterday evening. While Falkreath took a few attempts and we definitely worked for the HM clear, everyone in the group agreed that the Bloodroot Forge HM seemed totally off. We just walked in there, killed everything without breaking any sweat altogether. The 3 Amalgams were just standing still more or less, and the lava pools moved extremely slow. Is this difficulty intended? I can't imagine it is, and therefore it must be bugged. Thoughts?

P.S. This is not about bragging. I'm genuinely asking if the HM is bugged. It felt easier than any of the old vet HM dungeons.
