PVE leaderboards should be removed
It's very apparent from the vampirism thread that players feel forced into specific races, or conditions just to be at max possible optimization to get on that leaderboard. Without a leaderboard worlds first races would still happen, however I believe that it would help to alleviate the toxicity between anyone below that level. FFXIV and GW2 avoided putting in leaderboards for PVE environment for this very reason. Everyone should get the same rewards, regardless how fast they finished the content as long as they finished it.
PvP is the competitive part of an MMO. There's no need for players to be experiencing toxicity when they're playing the PVE part of the game.
EDIT: a lot of answers in this thread very well prove the level of toxicity that this community has sunk to.

Duchess personality not working 100%
@ZOS_GinaBruno Just wanted to let you know that the Personality Duchess is not working 100%, it works for everything EXCEPT jogging, where your character returns to the default jog animation, please pass this along, its not cool putting something in the crown store that doesn't work.

Trial Weeklies
Any word on whats the dealio here is ZOS? NA hasnt gotten the appropriate rewards in two weeks (First week: HRC with vAS rewards dropping; second week: vAA with DSA rewards dropping) while EU has only gotten the new trial with the correct rewards dropping. I dont know what the console servers are experiencing but its pretty strange how this is unfolding and a lot of us are curious what your word on it is. @ZOS_GinaBruno Thanks!

[Character development] Why would a Bosmer choose to worship Namira over Hircine or Y'ffre?
Introduction to my problem
Recently I have been trying to give my Bosmer lass a bit of character development.
Since I like being a special snowflake she would -of course- not worship Y'ffre or honor the Green Pact.
I wanted to go a bit (a lot) into the creepy and have her be a cannibal not out of religious duty but for the fun of it.
Of course Namira was the first to come to mind when thinking about a cannibal, but I soon realized that Hircine would fit just as well for that.
Further more would he already have a strongly established cult in Valenwood.
Personally I do prefer Namira still, but from a lore standpoint I need a justification or excuse as to why she would follow Namira and none of the above.
Which brings me to my question. Does anyone here got an idea for why Namira would be worshipped by a Bosmer over Hircine?

Question about a main story quest (spoiler)
Remember the quest where you had to fight mannimarco at Stendars shrine in sacre tor?
Mannimarco said Molag Bal wouldnt be able to see what was going on there because of stendars blessing, but as we know Molag Bal could see and grabbed mannimarco through an anchor portal. Why didnt Molag Bal just grab the vestige right there if he knew the amulet of kings was already found?

Block cost reduction adjustment in the upcoming patch. Please Review!
As most of the pvp community knows I am Jdmoonan The Fire Mage and I only play Mag Dk. I recently looked at the upcoming adjustments you are working on. I am concerned with the block cost adjustment. Sword and Board Mag Dk was already hit very hard in the Morrowind patch with the block and sustain nerf. I fear that with this next adjustment you might make it nearly impossible to play, so I wanted to give my input on what I think might be some potential fixes to the perma block stam tank problem in the current meta using Seventh Legion Brute and/or Fury. One fix I was thinking would be the obvious one which would be to nerf seventh legion and fury as they are over performing and giving heavy armor stam just way to much damage. The second would be instead of adjusting block cost how about reduce the amount of damage one can block, this would not only help to discourage the stam block build but also make sets like footman viable again. Please just keep in mind that by nerfing block you would be indirectly nerfing a class that is already hurting extremely bad in the game as a whole. Mag Dk isn't used in PVE at all and only the elite players of Mag Dk can even play the class in PVP without being completely ignored in most cases. Just some feed back from a long time Mag Dk player and theory crafter!

Crystal blast, crystal shards... what?

So I hear what your saying right, in cry'rod kinda hard 2 see that ish comm'in, but no worries my boi got me with the heals we out'che zergin it. And if we're not, we're dark cloak'in & roll dodging. Even if your trying to nerf high-end cyrodiil, you just gave bomb-blades 6 free vicious death procs in between the 2s of them charging up their destro ult, poping fear & teleport strike & that's been the deadliest thing in cyrodiil patch after patch since VD came out. Think I can just take down 10 ppl instantly? Well then u say it takes 'skill' to use. No it doesn't, well alot less then I do, your literally in stealth, not being attacked, hitting a button combination.
Then there's the small scale stuff. Duals are just for fun & you definitly have time to slot some CC & anti-projectile in between matches. (If they choose to re fight u, if you where somehow surprised.) Same for battle grounds, re-slot a move jump down & fight. Like know an ounce of battle mechanic & any sorc is dead in 9-23s any class, 9s without immovable. A Nightblades whole palate lets them win a 1v1 focus fight damage, defiles, maims, guaranteed crit, element of surprise, near always first hit advantage, potion ulti regen, fear me across mines... Really u loose don't know how 2 fight or run from a fight, but wait Stam-blades don't & they can 1 frame any glass & beat on anything but good stam dks. Best at burning tanks stun defile weaves, mad damage.
Returning back to sorcerers & how [snip] this change is going to be. Anyone know how to maximize dps on a stam character? Oh ya, thats right heavy attack, bash, animation cancel. So while i'm making such good frame dps hard casting this frag for u, ur go'na push my [snip] right back in by triple disorient ulti stun comboing me for 9s if you don't wait to reflect it at me in all it's cast & travel time.
Like the stun is a defensive move also, we get pushed how're we going to hard cast. If I could just sit their not worry about my health bar like the sorcs most ppl want nerfed ya that'll work, but then that would mean your not nerfing [snip]. But if I need the stun, blasts not helping me for [snip], & you just skrew'd me over for no reason.
On top of all that it may look easy because good sorcs are veterans, but crystal frags is the most skill demanding shot in the game. You have time that [snip] between dark cloak (stam-nbs); Time that [snip] between roll dodges; Time that [snip] between bubbles; Time that [snip] between wings, Time that [snip] on the holy trinity(R.I.P), if it missis [snip] happens you get hit with 3-6k for four seconds of my time & manna. Even then you only get to execute with extra damage or ult. Like how did my burst surprise u. There was a loud hiss, you started glowing purple, I started glowing purple... Not like I'm a Night-blade the one frame wonder freely teleporting in & out of zergs, killing 20 ppl, moving faster than a horse with stealth on some wrobel wonder patch, giving ppl 50% movement speed reduction off rip (un-morphed) with the most OP cc in the game. And you give it a buff. Like the frag cc is the thing that needed the nerf & you leave Fear in the game.

Hear me out on this, crystal shards & crystal blast is hands down one of the the most manageable form of attacks in the game, projectile. Cast time, travel time, reflect, dodge, silence, dark cloak literary every class in the game has something to shut it down but they just don't care. Then they say "Oh ya, I don't feel like changing my bar just for magic sorcs," Well [snip] brother now I'm having to redo my whole [snip] character, because you don't give a dam. Could've got 12% of your health back on a sword & board, but naw; Could've blocked & pop'ed vigor on the forth second because you know how this [snip] works by now, but naw; Could've had someone heal u, most often. But [snip] me right, could've made me [snip] myself, but [snip] me harder right.Dark Magic

Writ rewards need revamp
I love the writ vouchers. Great system. But when my maxed level crafters turn in writs and get 20,000 inspiration, it seems very wasted. Instead, if your maxed out in that craft, you should get a rare mat or something related to that craft
