The Imperial Legion is Recruiting to Aid in the Restoration of the Empire

[An Introduction]
Forged through the cold fires of Molag Bal's Planemeld, and in the blood from the Three Banners War, the Imperial Legion has risen as a mighty force to reclaim the glory of Empire under the rightful authority of the Imperials. Though the war ceased, and Molag Bal's devious plan was foiled, the Imperial Legion only continued to raise higher in influence and power.

Under the wisdom of Emperor Zemourgal, the Imperial Legion rose to prominence and is now predominantly a force under the direct authority of him and his Elder Council.

Now, as it is the 615th year of the Second Era, the Covenant yielded to the rightful might of the Empire, and most recently the Dominion was crushed and forced to bend the knee to the rightful Emperor and his imperium. In the coming weeks, we shall crush dissent in the Gold Coast and reclaim the Ruby Throne through the Siege of the Imperial City!

[An OOC Explanation]

The Imperial Legion has been an RP Guild that's existed since the very beginning on ESO, and persists through to this day and always encourages to have new members partake in the shaping of the great stories.

Through iterations in the role play as the Imperial Legion, with intensive sessions so far as RPing training and other mundane activities, it has certainly come a long way with its eyes looking towards exciting experiences for the members of the Guild.

In the past, there were old side Guilds that served as extensions to the overall RP to be Legionnaires in the Imperial Legion. Throughout it all, Zemourgal maintained these side Guilds, and though they're no more, the Imperial Legion Guild, and all facets of our RP, have been through our independent endeavors. As the 14th Legion, we had the height of such immersive RP, and since the reconstructing form as the 9th Legion, we've accommodated with the changes in the environment of RP on ESO. It's a collective hope for us to stir interest in RPers, especially those who enjoy immersion.

Precise or Infused on off hand?

So.. I'm a PVE stamblade and I've always thought that a precise off hand is the way to go when full penetration is reached. However I am often seeing people recommending infused off hand, can anyone clear this up please? Thanks.

I don't know what is being done to decrease the botting, but I feel as if the past 6 months bots have seriously increased in numbers, i've seen loads in Bal Foyen, but this (video) is what I encountered yesterday night in Grahtwood, and when I logged in this morning they were still going at it, this is next level, and there seriously needs to be a solution for this!

Idea for more usage out of undaunted keys.

Currently sitting on about 700+ undaunted keys and i have every monstee shoulder piece i need and when new dlc comes put im sure its only gonna take 50 keys max to get what i want.

By the time dlc after that comes i will be at over 1000 keys.

Can we turn them in as plunders or something? Make each key worth 5-10k?

Not asking much just more ways to accumulate gold other than farming mats motifs etc.

I feel like end game players should be earning gold a lot faster i have plenty of gold but at times i stop from buying something because its just too expensive.

Just sad seeing all these keys i dont need and cant do nothing with..

Any suggestions?

I have been on the PTS a few times since the release of update 17, and have been playing my main character. I logged on today to be sent immediately to the creation screen. Where are my characters, with all of my collectables and motifs? I had a few things I wanted to check out, but I can't without my characters. I'm not sure how to rectify this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Cant sleep so ill talk about snares really quick probably wont respond tonight if you comment but ^_^

So Snare poisons, Snares from class abilities, and snares from weapon abilities stack. didnt check if set snares stack but I believe they do.

poison snare cant be removed by shuffle, rapids, forward, or mist form. didnt check templar purge. It can be removed by purge in the PvP tree tho but thats unusable for stam players

last but not least PvP players wanted snares to be addressed not gap closers dmg. I think they needed an adjustment because I can build to get a 10k critrush that has 100% crit and a 12k ambush that add 20% to my next atk. imo the cp tree plus these powerful sets are making the abilities OP not the skill itself.

Edit - forgot to say stampede, snare poison, and jab snare reduced players speed to like (im guessing) 90% to where they crawl. goodluck zerglings that read this hope it destroys open world more for me ^_^^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^

For me, my sensible dream is to add fishes and other water decor while also polishing general outside ecosystem. This means few more combat doing funny things and removing ugly trees. ( I don't ...I hate Palm trees)

About Us: We are a group of 450+ mostly soloist/lone wolves who came to together to help each other learn, improve and eventually master this game. We originally catered to primarily new players however as we have progressed through the game we are now a home for veterans as well. At the heart of this guild is a love for ESO and desire to help others progress.

What we offer: We offer both spontaneous and planned World Boss, Skyshard and Dungeon runs. Daily runs through undaunted pledge dungeons. An expert team of Master Crafters that can craft the gear, food, potions and glyphs that you need but also help you achieve Master Crafter status. Trial progression runs 3-5 times a week. A lottery that is run several times a month. We intermittently have a Trader. Most importantly, friendly and helpful guild mates.

The Erstwhile Sanctuary was abandoned for a reason - A critque

Greetings everyone.

Those of you, who know me, are well aware that I’m a vivid fan of the Dark Brotherhood in Elder Scrolls. I’m such a big fan, that I, in fact, lead my own Dark Brotherhood Roleplay guild on the EU Megaserver, surrounding the Sanctuary of Blacklight.

It is with this background that I’ll like for everyone, to take a look at the newly released Home: Erstwhile Sanctuary. This home is an abandoned Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary beneath the city of Kvatch in Cyrodiil, and least to say, as you can read by the title, the Dark Brotherhood certainly abandoned it with good reason.

Let us take a look at the entrance – which at first is brilliant. The entryway is a tight hallway leading to a small library-like room. This small room in itself is a good first sight, since you can use it for much: A library, preparation chambers, a planning hall or even an armory.

If we then take a turn, we’re presented with a gorgeous scenery in a wide cavern hall with plentiful of beautiful waterfalls, and of course the trademark stained Dark Brotherhood glass in the far end. This first sight is a promising one that leaves an immediate impression of grandeur and adventure.

A grand room like this often has no other purpose, than to serve as a pathway for other places. We see this in Cheydinhall, Falkreth and Gold Coast Sanctuaries too. That also makes it difficult to build in, beyond improvements to the scenery itself – It is a place to be seen, not used.

Now unfortunately, this is where our promising start breaks to a halt. For this beautiful area only leads to a single hallway, with several small biomes. But to both sides we have two additional rooms. The first being the most sinful of them all.

“The Trophy” room is, beyond any belief, the worst designed quarter of the entire sanctuary. The creators of this particular player home have decided to throw unmoveable Dark Brotherhood pillars halfway through the ground to create several pedestals, similar to the Night Mothers shrine in the Gold Coast Sanctuary.

This decision alone is not only harmful to the room itself, but also to the many possible creative outcomes the room could’ve had, had it not been carelessly filled with worthless pillars that serve no purpose. I’ve had people argue that you can put dungeon statues on top, but the problem is: The pillars are more than double the size, making them awfully awkward to look at.

This room could’ve been a brilliant planning quarter, an awesome bathing area, even a botanic garden for alchemy ingredients. Had it not been for the pillars ruining all purposes of this room, beyond that of a trophy room.

Let us proceed to the “Speaker’s” bedroom, as the description of the home itself gives it. This room is the second proper room to reside within this sanctuary. You can make anything your thoughts can think of in here. The only problem with this room is the forced bookshelves, similar to the room by the entryway. These are just more awkwardly placed.

At last, we have the big room which I tend to refer to as the Biomes. This is an area that would fit nearly perfectly for a good display of alchemy, exotic plants and creatures. It is generally speaking a nice hallway with a beautiful view over the caverns beneath Kvatch.

With a creative room separation, you can make a nice kitchen or suitable sleeping quarters for the assassins of the brotherhood.


Now, with this said. I would like to list the type of rooms we see most often for a Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.
- Planning Quarter / Preparation Room
- Shrine to the Night Mother or Sithis
- Armory / All Crafting Station
- Torture Chamber / Prison
- Sleeping Quarters
- Matron / Patron private office/quarter
- Kitchen
- Training Room
- Alchemy Room

Now, after the preview of the Erstwhile Sanctuary, it becomes incredible apparent that the Sanctuary as of whole, does not fill the needs for these quarters. There is no proper room for Sleeping Quarters, Torture Chambers, Kitchens or even a Matrons’ office.

While one naturally, can make the large biomes room into separate ones, that still only leaves the Erstwhile Sanctuary with two ordinary and proper rooms. It is just unfortunate that the bookshelves in both are unmovable, since they really limit the potential purpose of the rooms themselves.

The Dark Brotherhood abandoned Erstwhile Sanctuary, not because of the Speakers’ wall crashing down, but because the Sanctuary itself is not a fitting Sanctuary for any group of people to live and survive in, no less call their home.

The Dark Brotherhood is a family of assassins, a creed who worships an entity only few dare to. Their Sanctuary is not only a hideout, its place of worship, their way of living. It is a family home where one can rest, enjoy a good dinner while preparing alchemical elixirs, sharpening your blade or merely enjoy a good plot or chat with fellow brothers and sisters.

The Erstwhile Sanctuary is a shoddy example of a Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, and that is why I hope that the Developers of ESO will reconsider bringing the Erstwhile Sanctuary to the live servers, in this condition.

I suggest the following changes so that the value and purpose of the home itself can increase drasticly.
- Make all bookshelves moveable.
- Remove every pillar from the North-Most Room behind the Stained Glass.
- Add two additional rooms to the large Biome, one to the north, and one to the east.

With simple, and small changes like these, the Erstwhile Sanctuary could become a proper Sanctuary, one that the Dark Brotherhood could feasibly have lived within for some time, before eventually becoming abandoned. But as it currently stands, there is no reason for the Dark Brotherhood to ever, have utilized a location this bad for a living.

Hi, I use the following:

3x moondancer jewellery
1x front bar moondancer infused lightning staff
1x back bar maelstrom lightning staff
5x julianos (or 5x necro if it is better)
2x ilambris

Can you help with a rotation? Most videos i'm watching now involve the Asylum staff which I don't use and are around 40-44k DPS. I want to hit 40k but unsure of how the rotation would change without asylum?

Is it possible to hit this providing I master the rotation with this setup?

Skills I use are blockade, liquid lightning, daedric prey, volatile familiar, force pulse, inner light/bound aegis (not sure what is better to double-bar?).. pretty standard

It's gonna nag at me isn't it. I mean look at her, even my character looks like she shares my attitude toward this. And of course back when I failed to clear I abandoned the Quest out of anger so I lost my checkpoint and now I'll have to do it all over again. That's my fault.

Still would be nice if we could choose which stage to go into and try from the get go. All I want is to finish Voriak, get the Achievement so I know I did it, then never go back.

Nerf Me is a Veteran Trials guild dedicating itself to end game content and creating a good gaming community. We encourage members to use Guild Chat. We have a trader. Players generally help one another acheive their goals.

We have a group of very experienced players who are working on VMOL and regularly tackle all the other Vet and Hard Mode content. They help players with finding best in slot gear and develop good DPS rotations.

We're open for growing players with at least 300CP. As this is a Veteran Guild, new players to it aren't treated like noobs, but trusted.

Players c ould, and should be able to preview each aspect of a specific voicepack during creation. As it stands you hit it and mostly are spamming the laugh emote; which apparently is not a good way to sum up what a voice is going to sound like.

Otherwise my "Paladin" that recently hit 50 wouldn't sound like a fiendish imp.

I was thrilled by this outfit... until I went to dye it. In the future ESO, you need to let us know in the description if there are undyable parts of a costume, and if possible what those elements are.

I want the undyable gold trim to be part of the 2nd or 3rd dye swatch, as I imagine all other players do too. I paid 2000 crowns for this outfit, and I expect it to be dyable and not locked into a garish bright gold trim, and I expect this issue to be fixed soon. Thank you.

Secondarily, there are minor clipping/mesh issues under the arms and along the torso side seams, but to me is minor in comparison to the dye issue.
