Missing free level 20 Crown Crates
I had been saving three characters, two at level 19 and one at level 16, to ding 20 and get their free Crown Crates. The 19s were easy to hit and I saw the notification that I had receive the Crown Crate each time. I leveled the 16 up to about 22 and called it a day. I figured I would open the Crown Crates today as a nice surprise for myself. Well, I went to do that just now (see @Briegh /bug report in-game) and I only have one Crown Crate. Evidently, the three free Crown Crates did not stack or otherwise overwrote one another. So, you need to fix that and, if you please, credit me my two missing Crown Crates. Thanks.

StamBlade with Bow any good?
I recently built up a new toon with Bow on mainbar and 2H on backbar just for Buffs. 2 x 5 Morag Tong/Marksman and 2 x 5 Marksman/Shieldbreaker
Mainbar: Focussed aim // Draining shot // Venom arrow // Reaping Mark // Radiant Magelight Ulti: Ballista
Backbar: Rally // Resolving Vigor // Leeching Strikes // Dark Cloak // Retreating Maneuver Ulti: Barrier
It's somewhat fun to play in BGs but it seems I can't really kill someone alone, I miss any burst damage like an execute or so. I mostly end up with 3-4 kills and 10-12 assists.
Any suggestions on build/gear?

End Game PVE Progression nonexistent?
I was playing the new dungeons last night when I started to remember why I have left this game off and on since beta: Nothing is really new as far as my character's progression goes. I mean the dungeons have nice new art and they're fun to run a few times as you gain the achievements, but achievements don't really make my character any better. The sets in ever new DLC are interesting, but really lateral progression at best compared to old standbys.
In fact, my character hasn't gained in power at all since day 1. If you consider the nerfs that have come in to ulti gen, blocking, etc., he's arguably less powerful than release day, even if you take into account champion points. I think that was one of the reasons for my first departure around the 1 year anniversary - I remember realizing that they were nerfing the hell out of us and giving us the ability to slowly gain back some of our power via grinding champion points. Yes, if you're guessing, my main is a DK, but I have at least 1 of every class maxed out.
I'm not big on the trialss, so I don't do them over and over, but even the people who do, and get all gold trial gear, really can't say they are much more powerful than they were a year or two ago. I mean I don't have much in the way of raid sets and I can parse 40k solo on a dummy. VMA was kind of a fun challenge at first, but it's fairly trivial to me after completing it dozens of times. And, really, only a couple of items out of there are considered "BIS" anymore.
Sorry, I'm just rambling about end game content with regard to character progression, and it just doesn't seem like there is any. The content seems more geared toward adding new places with new stories. That's cool for some people, but really it doesn't compete with single player games with regard to immersion and story. My 4 man blasted through the new content last night, and I can't honestly say what the quests were even about. So if that's your thing, that's cool, but my hook into online RPGs, is character progression, not stories that really CAN'T effect the world, because it's multi player.
I know, I know, champion points - yeah, sorry, I've been at cap a few days after each update, and really, there's nothing exciting between around 300 and 720. Anyway, there's nothing on the market right now, that I'm aware of, to run off to, but I sure wish ZOS would add some new vertical progression for characters to work on.
Some ideas:
*Weapons (artifacts) that can gain levels and abilities
*Actual abilities that are unlocked by climbing certain trees in the champion constellations - maybe even requiring a combo of branches from multiple trees.
*Spell crafting (like was promised to be in development a couple years ago before some key devs got laid off)
*Long quests/groups of quests that unlock new skills/stat boosts
*Passive buffs granted for achievements, like after killing 1000 spiders maybe you get +3% damage vs spiders
Help me out here - give ZOS some ideas for end game vertical progression!

so over 13k crowns for all 9
or $100 at the most efficient crown bundle
fyi it was like 350 per slot on the test server
or more expensive then over 2 chapters (so do you want 2 eso chapters or 9 cosmetic slots?)

Bounties should have a cap, and this is a BIG problem!

I get the role of the justice system, the risk and reward is really fun, balanced and not being able to enter cities and interact with NPCs is a really cool penalty while you have a small bounty on your head. When it gets bigger on the other hand, things get more serious, you may not be able to do basic stuff on the majority of the map for an X period of time, if you're not careful you can even lose dozens of thousands of gold to guards, and this part of the risk is a big part of the fun, sometimes you're just screwing around knowing you will get a big ass bounty that would maybe take a week to disappear, which is still a lot of time, the problem is when you calculate the cooldown time and discover that it's not taking a week, itas taking 11 months, ELEVEN *** MONTHS, for killing civilians during a boring dawn in the weekend.
In my case, I barely play this character, but imagine someone, just out of curiosity, doing a similar thing, maybe thinking the bounty would reset upon dying to a guard for example, whatever, his toon would be ruined for months, you can get away with much lesser "ban time" actually cheating.
You're not messing with real people or harassing anyone, it's just a lore and immersion thing to keep you from going full berserk in the game, which on a smaller scale is actually fun and interesting, but past the point where you can get this amount of time of not being able to interact with most NPCs is an absolute overkill, I would be happy with a 100K cap to bounty, which is still a LOT of money to a lot of people, and if you choose to be a law breaker (not uncommon in Elder Scrolls games) it shouldn't punish you that much.
Plus, that one-time 100K pardon letter you get from the thieves guild quest line would be a lot more appealing.

Character constantly getting frozen in dungeons
My character will get frozen in place in dungeons (only done vet Scalecaller and Fang Lair so far and both dungeons I have this bug). I cannot break free or dodge roll out of it, I can still attack but my character will not move with WASD. After a while my character can move again, but once I could not move and had to log out and log in again to fix it. Another friend had this bug but in my group, I was the only one with it.
Update: Doesn't seem dungeon specific. Seems like it's a bug with the bow back bar, and might be related to Caltrops or Endless Hail. Recasting either of those two (for me it was Endless Hail, some others say Caltrops only works) seems to free you from being rooted but it's a temp fix because I still got rooted constantly in combat.

ZOS! THERE IS WEREWOLF GLITCH!
I always do as a werewolf when I do normal random daily dungeon.
I did it today and it kept undoing werewolf transformation. soI tried to swap my weapon to fight.
and it said like "you can't swap weapons while doing werewolf" wth??
I tried 6 times. and it happened again and again

Vivec AD and EP: FIGHT EACH OTHER
Every night on Vivec, AD from the S, and EP from the E, they are never hitting each other. Once in a blue moon you see a battle at maybe 1-2 keep where AD and EP are fighting, the other 99.9% of the time they attacking DC. It's ridiculous. I'm sick of the 2 factions against 1 game play.

Master Merchant not working after Dragon Bones DLC?
When I try to enter Guild Store, I get a UI error and cannot proceed any further. Part of UI gets bugged and I need to reload UI in order to play properly again.
Error is something like this:

Anyone Else Terribly Unimpressed by the House Storage Chests?
They seem to offer the same capacity than as about 2 maxed mule character with a fully upgraded horse and backpack.

For lousy implementation decisions like this that don't significantly reduce the tedium is the reason I am not playing this game much anymore. At some point you have to ask yourself, do you like being tormented and ripped off?

Suggestion: Hide Tabard Option.
There needs to be a 'hide tabard' option like there is for helmets. I want to wear my guilds name with pride in cyrodil, but don't want that ugly tabard hiding my style lol. One of the reasons i liked wearing costumes because it hid the tabard. But now with the new styling system, i don't want to wear a costume anymore. So an option to hide the tabard would be great! If there is already a way to do this that I don;t knwo about pls let me know.

Australian Latency Numbers
I want to try and get a gauge of how Australian ISP's stack up for playing ESO, obviously they're not all equals and it could be quite valuable to know which ones are likely to give the better results. Probably need to include Company, Server, Location, Connection speed and latency.
