The Old Mercenaries is an English speaking, Social PVE/PVX guild. We have members from many different backgrounds and come from all over the world. We prioritize the idea of fun, social gaming where everyone respects and helps each other. We have an active community that has access to discord and website for keeping track of activities along with communicating with fellow guild members.
We encourage people to engage and share their adventures and always willing to help. The Old Mercenaries currently has 300+ members and are looking to expand. Our focus is to form a friendship with like minded people and help improve with one another. We accept members of all abilities and levels, there is no discrimination or elitism. There’s also a team of friendly officers and moderators who are always on hand to help.
What we can offer you.
- Access to a guild hall currently containing the following:
- Transmutation Station.
- An ever-increasing collection of attunable crafting benches.
- Provisioning, Enchanting, Alchemy, Dye Stations.
- Merchant, Banker, Fence.
- Mundus Stones.
- Training Dummies.
We schedule weekly trial runs with the intention of helping all to learn the mechanics in a friendly, relaxed environment.
There’s also random trials events at various points throughout the day and are working on core groups to run through veteran trials. Other activities include:
Dungeon runs
Help with farming and making money
General advice on gameplay and character builds.
A guild trader
Various guild events and much more!
Our conduct
We ask each member to respect one another, have fun, think about the others around you, to refrain from shouting and criticising one another so that all our events are done in a chilled, fun environment. Our members are from many different backgrounds, so we ask that everyone respects each other’s beliefs and take the differences as they come to avoid any sorts of harassment. We’re a community where we encourage this as best we can.
Time zone
We are mostly GMT, but typically there are members online at any time of day, we are part of the EU server.
We also have a popular sister guild - The Old Merchants which is a dedicated Trading Guild located in Vivec City. It has 490+ members all of which are welcome to participate in The Old Mercenaries activities.
