Unable to Reinstall ESO from Account Download
I have had a very frustrating 24 hours. I had to restore my Windows 10 system yesterday morning. Once restored everything on my computer worked except for ESO. I got, and keep getting, the Fatal Error 11. I tried everything in the Knowldege Base and finally uninstalled the game, downloaded it again from the account page and tried to reinstall. The Updating screen seemed to be stuck at about 90% and after 24 hours I cancelled the installation. Again I uninstalled the program and restarted my computer. I again downloaded the client from my account page. When I ran the installer the Updating screen cleared immediately and took me to the Launcher. When I clicked on the Launcher, Error 11 happened again.Other than trying to reinstall from my 4 year old original disk, I do not know what to do.
If I am unable to solve this issue, I will leave the game permanently. I have already cancelled my ESO Plus Membership since it would have renewed tomorrow with a charge to my credit card. Games are supposed to be fun not a 24 hour unsolvable aggravation. I hope someone in Tech Support would give me some advice and direction before I pull the plug completely.

ressing dead players need a toombstone to spot them
last night in daily pledges dungeons was in white tower , after runniing around like a headless chicken trying to stay alive .finding it awkard to see/spot the dead players to res , what with the graphics , explosions , blinding flashes , pets , familars , etc
is there a way to help spotting them sooner please advise if there is have turned down the settings , is there more i can do not sure what ,any help be most welcome .
perhaps eso could have a new mechanic like when dead you get a toombstone , so we all can spot them sooner and some kind of sounds when they die like the last post .perhaps with thier name as well on the toomstone , even get to decide what type of toombstone .

A solution to dungeon finder queue
Priority queue for stormproof.
Reason is very simple, many decent players are afraid to queue on tank / heals because they don't want to get grouped with way sub par dd.
By giving dd 2 different queue time, this will not only force the dead weight dd 'git gud' and also encourage folks to queue on tank and heal (because shorter queue for tank / heal and way higher chance to have enough group dps)

Least survivable class in the game.
Bad healing, especially when stealthed.
Cloak is a horrible escape mechanism.
Dodge rolling get worse for each patch.
Damage is ok though.

Several of your chars in your house at once
It s a very minor feature I d like to see added, one that hopefully would be cheap to code in.
Say I log in with my Orc, port to my house and log out. Then I log another char and go to the same house.
My Orc is there, just like an NPC, drinking, wandering, beating the hell out of the dummy, wasting the house as an Orc should.
Given the house is large enough you could do this with all your chars, and see the whole party gathered.
Would you like that?

Nightblade - Grim Focus / Executioner Issues - Response from ZOS please?
Since the Dragon Bones DLC launched on PC, there have been some issues with the grim focus ability as well as the executioner passive from the Nightblade Assassination skill line.
- Lights attacks registering on impact and not on cast while utilizing merciless resolve. Hopefully, this was addresed in today's patch notes, so kudos to ZOS on that.
- Relentless Focus / Merciless Resolve performance in Maelstrom Arena. With the new changes to grim focus and its morphs, all stacks you have built towards the spectral bow will now be removed upon exiting combat. ZOS, however, failed to take Maelstrom Arena into consideration when making this change. In vMA, every time white portals spawn, you are technically out of combat, which means all stacks you have built on the previous wave of adds, or the spectral bow itself if you have it ready, will be removed.
- Executioner passive not giving stamina /magicka when killing an enemy with an assassination ability. Pretty self explanatory, you do not get any resources back when killing an enemy with an assassination ability.
- Relentless Focus in vMA
- Merciless Resolve in vMA
- Executioner passive (Also tested on my magicka nightblade. No magicka return).

Lol 12k PR like really?
All of my other MMOs and internet services are good. But for some reason since the patch. i got random 1 or 2 hours worth of 5k to 12k pretty much get DC'ed. In areas like Reaper's March and what not.
And no it's not my internet as I have a direct Gigabit Fiber services. This is starting to become more and more common. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_GinaBruno please help.

Shor PC/NA "Official" Discussion
If you run a small group, solo, run a medium group we need you in a Shor. I’m not talking about weekend spill over from Vivec, but people who legit want to play regularly on weekdays even if it’s just two or three nights. I’ve talked with some EP players who believe the campaign is healthy and balanced even though EP currently has over 8k pts and AD sits at around 3k, DC currently over 6k due to some guilds coming over from Vivec occasionally. It was extremely refreshing to see some AD on earlier. I wish I had the time to put into running a consistent group, but unfortunately we need multiple people to come together to improve the population balance especially on AD. We lost some good people/guilds in recent weeks and it would be great to see Shor come back to what is was starting to become.

Soothing spores or polar wind for PvP stamden
Would like to have a burst heal in pvp, (so not vigor) and trying to decide between soothing spores or polar wind (with 27k health),
Since I'm stam based Soothing spores would make sense but since Polar wind scales off max health I would get a burst heal and HOT, although weaker.

What playable race would you like to see added to ESO?
For the most part, we have used the same 10 playable races in almost every TES game, but ESO is the perfect game in the franchise to finally add a new one. If we ever did get a new race, what would you like to play as?
For me, I think a Minotaur race would be awesome! Or perhaps the snake people from Akavari that look like Lamias.
(Let's keep it lore friendly as much as possible)

About that "magic" shield when I block now...
When I block, I now see that "magic" shield in front of me. I think it is meant as an indicator for me to see that my character is blocking at the moment, but to be honest, I don't like it. It kills off immersion big time and is a function I really don't need. The animation shows if I am blocking and I also have to keep pushing a button for that. That "magic" shield in front of me reminds me of fighting games where every move comes along with its own symbol flying somewhere around the character. In my book that's not ESO.
I would appreciate an on/off button for that big time.

Invisible Player / Rendering Bug
Three times in the past week I've been killed by a mob of enemy players that were not visible until it was too late. Latest episode was last night in Cyrodiil. While at Bruma, I saw Bleakers was flagged so I mounted up and headed to the outpost. Level 60 mount with rapids, so I was moving at a pretty good clip.
Arrived at Bleakers front door, and there were 2-3 NPC guards and no players. Looking for the flagged wall, I dismounted and ran towards the northern Postern door. I'd been near the outpost for at least 3-4 seconds at this point. Just as I approached the steps, about 20 enemy players appeared both behind and in front of me. In less than a second I was killed. This is on PS4. Other players have also mentioned in zone chat that they are seeing similar delays before enemy players will appear on their screen when porting in or riding in quickly to a keep where a battle is taking place. I'll be happy to try and get one of these events on video if needed.
