We've seen several blues hiding inside keep walls in Vivec. I don't mean in the keep. I mean inside the wall itself. How are they doing it?

Time for the 10th trait
I think it is time for the 10th trait, we have been going along with 9 for so long time for #10. Also instead of buffing and nerfing we could just get 1 new trait per year see problem solved everyone happy. I would also like to see CP250 CP500 CP750 gear too plus the jewelry crafting.

I'm so tired of queuing into incomplete vet Direfrost Keeps
Without fail, whenever Direfrost Keep is the daily pledge, I am forced to endure the frustration of helping different groups get past Drodda AT LEAST 4-5 times before I actually get to complete the entire dungeon.
It's getting to the point now where I'm seriously thinking of refusing to use the group finder on my damage dealer when it's the daily pledge (I already refuse to use it when I'm on my tank or healer, because it's no fun trying to drag DDers who top out at 10k DPS if you're lucky through that dungeon).
Please, ZOS, I'm begging you: either give us the option to NOT queue into partially completed pledge dungeons, or give us pledge credit for helping groups complete dungeons when they're stuck on the last boss. Why should I be penalized over and over again for other players' non-existent DPS? I don't mind helping people get past bosses quickly when they're stuck, and it's nice to receive praise from appreciative tanks/healers while the other "damage dealer" sits in a corner spamming light attacks or whatever TF they're doing, but it gets old after a while when you enter the dungeon and see that portal over and over again...
Disclaimer 1: Before anyone gets snarky, YES, I ask in guild chat first. NO, not everyone is looking to run dailies when I'm looking to run dailies.
Disclaimer 2: Yes, I know people have complained about this before. I'm just pointing out that it remains a very, very irritating group finder issue.

Suggestions for the post- release PTS server
So I recently got myself a decent computer, so I downloaded the old PTS Server that I haven't played since the original ESO beta.
I noticed that I had to start an all new character, and it started me off with several thousand crowns, and everything on the crown store is 1 crown each. This is intriguing, to me.
.
I need to ask two questions from people who have used PTS since the initial release of ESO. First, would it be a good idea to try and max out my new character, so that I can take advantage of, and test, the end game level content that is released to the server? Second, are the crowns there for the purpose of buying up literally every single crown store item for testing? Or do I have to ration them for use with future patches? (I do think that if everything cost 1 crown and I have nearly six thousand of them, I could probably buy everything and still have a lot left, though)
Some mmos don't allow people to use PTS when they aren't testing a new patch or dlc, so my final question is; Is it kosher for me to mess around on PTS during the non-test periods in order to level my character?

Please Place Devour as Priority 'Synergy' while in WW form
It's rather annoying when fighting a boss, that you lose WW form because you can't quickly devour an add or the boss' corpse because of a lingering synergy overriding the command. Such as Conduit, or Shards. If Devour was Prioritized, that'd solve the issue, since you can't use other synergies while in WW anyway.

Vet Trials - Order of Difficulty?
What would the list for vet trials be for you, if you listed them easiest to most difficult?
Speaking in the ways of, let's say, a team of folks learning them - not necessarily an already experienced team.
For purposes of the list, pretty sure it makes sense to split vAS into 3 different spots (vAS, vAS +1, vAS +2), and for HM's to be in their own spot too.

To many opened chests
Something really needs to be done about this toxic way of playing the game leaving trash for other people wasting everyone's time I suggest that you can't loot another chest unless you previously loot everything to make the chest despawn, or till it despawns on its own.

Random Dungeon via Group Finder & Dungeon Quests
This is happening to me and I've seen it happen to others as well and it needs to stop.
If you are in the CP levels and group for a normal dungeon and someone in the group say, "I have the quest." More times than not, that person is not in the CP levels yet and their first time in that dungeon with that character.
Stop leaving the group when the quest is done so the people in the group and actually finish the quest. Killing the last boss doesn't end the quest a groupmate is one. They do have to talk to a NPC at some point to finish the quest and some of them do show up slowly especially in a dungeon like Volenfell.
When people leave a dungeon group, the person who has the quest does not have time to complete it because you get kicked out before the NPC shows up to talk to you.
At this point, you've screwed them out of their quest XP, their Undaunted XP, because those are tied to achievements and there's an achievement for completing the dungeon quest.
So, be a good groupmate and make sure when someone says, "Hey, I have the quest." You stay in the group so they can complete it.

The two biggest lies in ESO that have been told to me about my dps are...
Stamblade here btw -
1 - "The VMA bow will drastically increase my DPS."
It did not. Poisons to my bow did more than the weapon itself.
2 - "War Machine will drastically increase my DPS"
It did not. Actually , I lose HP with this because when I drop VO I have sustain issues on a khajiit. I got MAYBE 800 DPS? People said like 5K.
WHAT. THE. HECK. INTERNET.

I hope everyone is having lots of fun.
At one point I was 96% done with pve achievements. I enjoyed getting on and doing them and trying to work to 100% pve achievements. I derived a lot of my fun from being an achievement hunter and when new content came out I enjoyed trying to 100% the newer pve content as well. However I stopped doing that a long time ago.
My first issue was the drop rate of the monster trophies. I would kill upwards of 2,000 of a mob and still not get the trophy I was looking for. I put those achievements to the side and moved on thinking I would return to them (I didn't). My second issue was with housing achievements. They had achievements for owning 5 of each type of house, one of each manor and that would cost around 13M or something. Now dont get me wrong I have 15M in cash and back then around 12M so I could of done it but I felt like owning 12 empty houses was a bit stupid. So it was around that time I started to just not do achievements.
However after a while I noticed my play time go down and down. I still play the game however I dont feel the need to really achieve anything anymore.
I ticked off the boxes for my own personal achievements such as BIS gear all maxed, 40k unbuffed skele phases, skins, my perfect manor, 15M gold, max crystals, BIS if I ever go heal etc but I have very little reason to really return and play like I use to. A good example is the new dungeons. I finished them with friends on vet and my friends asked if I wanted to do the achievements for the skin, title etc and I just couldn't find a reason to do it. Its just vet but harder and more annoying. So I passed. I did it vet. I heard the lore and seen it once and now its old. I dont feel like I really care about any achievements in particular anymore if I cant even achieve a "simple" trophy achievement.
This is not a quitting thread. I still log in often enough. Do trials and dungeons with friends and play for my own little reasons here and there. I just only really have one more thing I feel the need to do and its unreachable for almost all of the player base (vAS HM). I just thought I would say my pointless story here in case any devs or something stop by and want to hear a single, pointless opinion.
Not everyone plays video games for the same reason. In no way am I trying to say that MY reasons for playing ESO are the ONLY reasons for playing ESO. Some people only log on to talk to friends (thats fine), some people log on to just do trials (thats fine), HELL some people log on to pretend to be a cat and do the unspeakable with other cats (also fine). This is just a thread about how I went from a hardcore player trying to 100% PVE achievements to someone who only plays to experience content once or twice before settling down after completing some of their own goals.
I hope you all are having a fun time playing elder scrolls for what ever reason you chose to play.

Main Thread for Long Loading Screens
Hello everyone,
We’re creating this thread so there’s a central place to have discussions and provide updates on the long loading screens that many of you have been experiencing. We know this issue is extremely frustrating, and for some, is preventing you from playing all together. We’re doing everything we can to get this fixed as quickly as possible, and have made it a top priority for our engineers. Our QA team has been testing various scenarios so we can collect as much data as possible, including hopping in and out of PvE zones, dungeons, Trials, Cyrodiil, and Battlegrounds, all with varying amounts of players (we’re utilizing bots for situations requiring higher numbers). We’ve also been able to pin down a solid reproducible case for us to investigate that our own Game Director Matt Firor was encountering.
As of now, our only update is that our engineers and programmers are still working to pin point exactly what’s causing this. Until we know, we won’t be able to put in a fix. As for what you can do to help…

Is 30K dps enough for endgame trial raids?
If no why?
↧
just a small reminder to ZOS: This is not a f2p game.
So can ya stop treating it as such?
↧
Many progression guilds advertise they need DPS "> 35K". Good bye sorcs?
It's some days I am looking for a decent (not necessarily top) trials progression guild.
Most of those that are above mediocre, demand DPS > 35K.
Maybe they aren't aware that before Dragon Bones, you'd have basically Youtubers (using cheese parse builds) and end game fully geared, skilled players being able to achieve that.
It was perhaps 1% of the DPS playerbase, considering an abysmally tiny amount of people run veteran+ trials anyway.
Since several months, mag sorcs have received a number of nerfs, and since Dragon Bones, mag sorcs have lost again from 2 to 5k DPS due to off-balance changes.
Basically now Youtubers barely break 36-37k - and they are still using cheese builds nobody can use in trials. What about the others? Whereas I know a LOT of nightblades in my guilds who boast their 44k+ self buffed DPS, I don'tknow A SINGLE sorc spamming anything. The average do 25k even on veteran, the good ones do 30k, the top ones 35k => an handful of them.
Coming to this forum, all you see are NBs showing their 40k DPS peformance asking how to increase it, others who post a video of their 44k+.
And plenty of "I can't get to 25k DPS" sorc threads, with people giving advice about how to scratch 30k. In the last weeks I have found all of 1 (one) guy showing a video of himself doing > 35k DPS.
So, my question is: after Dragon Bones, if you want to join a good progression guild you basically have to shelve your mag sorc and join as "stam something" or a magblade?
Because there are more progression guilds than mag sorcs able to fulfill their minimum DPS requirement.
P.S. I expect this post to get either totally ignored (@ZOS_GinaBruno please prove me wrong) or flamed.
Before you flame, prove me you are real.
Post your Dragon Bones, non cheese, non Lover stone 40K DPS video on your sorc and then come school me.
