Does anyone enjoy chasing the enemy around a tower while they use mist form over and over?

An ESO noobs guide
I just started playing ESO about a week ago, so may I ask for some help regarding pretty much everything in the game? Not mechanics really, just more of the slang terms, the ways to meet people, and especially what armor I should use on my mage! If anyone can help at all whatsoever, I would greatly appreciate it!

Should they add flying mounts in the next expansion?
As many of you are aware flying mounts are very popular and attractive. Many MMORPGs including this games main competitors such as World of Warcraft and Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn offer in-game flying mounts. Wouldn't it be wonderful to experience Tamriel from above aloft your legendary dragon mount? I sure think so. Imagine taking in the scenery from thousands of feet in the air while envious players watched you fly across the skies from above like Danaerys her self.

Transmute Crystals from Cyrodil
Everyone is telling me that you can get a lot of transmute crystals from capturing and defending places in Cyrodil. I entered Cyrodil earlier today and was in there for roughly 30 minutes following other players around to different areas to capture and defend. When I left, I didn't get any transmute crystals in the mail. How do transmute crystals from Cyrodil work? Thanks.

Has anyone ever gotten any of the apex rewards ever?
I've never really bought crown crates, but I gave it a shot. I bought 15, cause I wanted that shadow senche thing that apparently, you cannot buy, but just have to "get".
Yeah, 15 crates and I got nothing cool. It really is like gambling, but honestly, it's a pretty crappy system.. just let me buy what I want.

An Imperial's guide to Tamriel. Chapter II: The Aldmeri Dominion
Chapter I: The Daggerfall Covenant
Chapter II: The Aldmeri Dominion
To our south we seem to have an infestation of elves and what I can only assume to be their pets. Their standard is a yellow banner with a large bird on it. Presumably to match their observed doctrine of "a horde of screaming lunatics have been sighted coming from the east. Let us take flight!" The Dominion is ruled by Queen Ayrenn, a startlingly young ruler who presumably spent a portion of her early life hiding off the coast of her nation on a party island. The Aldmeri obscure this by stating that she mysteriously disappeared in their attempt to romanticize the situation. Despite her drawbacks Queen Ayrenn is one of the better leaders, as she is one of the least elven of her people in terms of a lack of their typical stuck up attitude. She is still an elf though.
High Elves: A race of elves that we can assume were selectively bred to reach high up places on shelves. They are a terribly emotionless people who make up a decent chunk of the Dominion government. They make lovely cities but overstep themselves by claiming that they are the only real culture in Tamriel. Clearly Ayrenn has never visited the Imperial city and compared it to the hovel she calls a palace.
They seem to lead their alliance by virtue of being the only people actually capable of nation building. While the wood elves are busy trying to make a snappy outfit out of bark and leaves and the khajiit are having a nap on someone else's couch the high elves are often in their offices actually doing work and trying to keep the Dominion from folding in on itself. This may explain their often stoic demeanor.
Wood elves: Wood elves are related to high elves in much the same way a fox is related to a dire wolf. They often can be found with horns giving them an uncanny resemblance to deer and they love to live in trees. They seem to have an aversion to any serious work and run around the forests acting adorable as the high elves glare from the windows of their offices and fill out yet another military requisition sheet for the war effort.
The wood elves choice in settlements are a testament to the values of their species as many of their cities are confined within the interior of trees. They however are rather short sighted as many food crafting stations with a large fire can be found in these communities despite the abundance of wood. But then again wood elves don't seem the type to think deeply about anything much in general as they have shunned normal civilization in favour of living with nature. Imperial records on the Wood elves do make mentions of cannibalism stemming from the green pact, an oath made by their people barring them from eating or killing any form of vegetation. Presumably in wood elf culture eating someone of your species is less shameful than eating a salad.
Khajiit: From the land of Elsweyr (Probably named by Khajiit to make even discussing their place of origin annoying to outsiders) are a race of cat people who largely make their livings by theft and the skooma trade. Attempts to give the Khajiit an outlet in pursuit of more noble goals, such as joining the Imperial army has been for the most part unsuccessful as very few Khajiit have been seen amongst our ranks. Their architecture is heavily dependant on using wood to keep costs down and their houses are built around the doctrine of "what if houses. But on stilts?"
Khajiit have an annoying tendency to speak in the third person and common phrases heard from Khajiit are "would you like to browse this one's wares?" or " this one assures you that this armour is not yours. This one is a master blacksmith and can craft in the Imperial style" They are often found lying on their backs in fields and rambling about colonies on the moon.
In wartime the Dominion military can often be seen peering over their keep walls at the enemy. In one instance that I observed, the Dominion had the Covenant sieging their fortress from the west and the Pact forces charging in from the east, the Dominion military responded by placing bets on the opposing forces and eating their dinner on the walls so that they could watch the ensuing fight.
Dominion military offensives are often started by a high elf pointing out to their wood elf allies that the enemy siege weapons are responsible for the deaths of many trees and then telling the Khajiit that the enemy keep is filled with valuables. A horde of of claws, swords and daggers then comes streaming out of their keeps and sweeps the enemy away like a tide.
The next chapter will focus on the Ebonheart Pact.

Kynes Merchant - Trading Guild
General Guild Info:
Kaynes Merchant was established in February 2017. The guild was originally named Blackswaters Merchant but then later renamed to Kynes Merchant in May 2017. Originally this guild was created to help new players by providing low priced gear to members and allow players to make gold by selling unwanted items in a trader.
Goal:
My current goal, as a GM, is to find 500 like minded ( friendly players ) to join the guild. I feel to be able to enjoy a trader each week we need more members.
Mission:
Provide a safe and friendly place for players ( new and experienced ) to enjoy being part of a guild without hassle or stress and also make some gold by hiring a trader.
Benefits:
- No Weekly Dues
- No Spamming emails about raffles
- No Min Sales
- Friendly Envirement
-
Comments:
I understand that it does take a lot of gold to hire a trader. However, I’ve been in a guild on the UA server that is so awesome. Every week we have a trader, they don’t spam your email with different raffles, and the guild chat is very friendly. They do have a minimum sales requirement but it is very low. This is a type of guild I want Kynes Merchant to be. My first goal is to get 500 members and then work with the guild members on how we can improve and make the guild awesome.
Contact Info:
Best place to join is to leave a message here.
I do have a few accounts you can message me. @queen.emily and @vamp.emily. However, if you message me @vamp.emily please let me know you want to join Kynes Merchant guild because I am also a GM of Friendly Dungeon Runners.

Tamriel Stock Exchange is under new managment and recruiting.
TSE was founded the first days of live play.
In short order, we grew into a large, fun trader guild, with a fully stocked and active store.
Not too long after we fell upon some hard times.
Which brings us to the here and now....
TSE is now under new management that will take the bull by the horns and do what needs to be done to surpass what we once were. The future is now.
What we offer is a place to hang your wares, make some coin, have a good time, and a little friendly chit-chat.
We have held an active merchant with no intention letting it go.
There is also a raffle that runs every week to both raise guild funds and give something back to our members.
We also run surprise contests from time to time for various items. Never know when, or what it will be, but they are fun.
What we will not do is require anyone to pay dues, force people into raffles/contests, etc.. All we ask is be cool, treat others well, and have a good time.
If this sounds like a fit for you, I think it could be, then by all means contact @dkhawkee either in game or here.

A Short Clip of the Lethal Arrow Bug
This is what people are seeing with Lethal Arrow.
After going through the video slowly I see that the player casting Lethal Arrow is doing nothing but casting Lethal Arrow in a normal way. There is no weaving (out of range anyway) no dodge roll, no block, just sitting there casting the ability. The full animation is there too, just like normal. The only thing not normal is that there is no arrow animation on my screen, and there are no damage tick numbers on my screen.
After the player casts Lethal Arrow they just disappear into the void until I explode.
This gives me the very strong impression this is just a bug and not an exploit. I have not experienced this consistently from the same player in any BG match.

Why are people so against crown crates exactly? (I now know why)
I'm not really getting why people are against them. They don't offer any advantages over other players, they don't change the game in anyways besides some cosmetics, it doesn't take away from the game, and they are entirely optional. People are acting like they are being forced to buy them or they are missing out if they don't get them. Sure they may lose out on some cool skin or a fancy new horse, but they aren't losing anything. Plus the people who basically live on the game get the added benefit of getting a cooler horse or a new pet, and also then you can support the game if you would like. It's not putting you at a disadvantage if you don't buy them people, so whats the problem?
I was definitely wrong about this. Thank you for all of you who helped me realize

Many users started the game out on another faction, but after awhile they quit playing that alliance in Cyrodil, thus making that charachter only useful in pve or for crafting. This is where im at.
