I was testing my DPS with my brand new non-perfect relequen set and i noticed that the tooltip on the 5 piece bonus is not increased by CP or Relentless Focus. Is that normal?

How many Jewelry Crafting Books have you found?
The books I ask about are the ones that advance a skill by one level when read.
I've found two so far as I wasn't thinking about looking for these, since its been so long since reading one has done me any good.
One was in the area bellow Lillandril and the other was towards the top of the Crystal Tower on the main quest.
Also, have you seen any added to other areas of the game like Alliance zones?

New Guy Questions
Hey guys,
I'm new to the game, I haven't played since Oblivion , so still finding my way around it in Summerset.
But it's starting to get frustrating so I have a few questions to ask that will help out.
Firstly I have watched YouTube videos on classes, specs, crafting , stone locations and just about everything else but it's not clicking.
Firstly we'll start with armour, from what I've seen and read it either drops or you craft it.
At level 10 I'm still wearing my level 1 boots as nothing has dropped and the game is already a fifth over.
So don't hold your breath on drops.
So I thought I'd craft them, wow that just seems like a really hard process so I thought I'd buy from a guild trader as there's no auction house as such.
I'm an ex WoW player after 12 years so some habits haven't died yet.
Anyway those traders sell level one armour with no stats at around 3 to 4k gold each.
After 10 levels I have around 300 gold left after porting around and repairs.
So how to God do you buy anything?
Am I supposed to be this basic a fifth through the game?
Next up is Mundus Stones, sure there's maps everywhere of locations but how do you get to those locations?
Sure I can catch a boat but being new how do you know what port to take to which harbour and then is it a direct route or do you go from one harbour to another?
That doesn't seem to get mentioned anywhere.
It seems to be an expectation you already know where the harbours are in which expansion/world.
I need Lover and Warrior for my several toons at the moment but from Summerset I'm lost.
If you buy Vampire from the Crown Store is it account bound for all characters to use or just the one it's used on?
There's more but this is turning into War and Peace on my phone so I'll leave it there.
Any comments/help would be greatly appreciated.

What is this skin
Hi, so there's this skin I've been seeing a lot lately. Light blue glow, at first i thought it was the necromancer skin but after seeing 30-40 cps with it i doubted that. Now i looked up a picture of the necromancer skin and it's of similar color but different pattern, anyone know what this is?

The Old Mercenaries is an English speaking, Social PVE/PVX guild. We have members from many different backgrounds and come from all over the world. We prioritize the idea of fun, social gaming where everyone respects and helps each other. Where are the Indrik mounts!? x_x
Can't tell me they split up resources to make not just one but two (at least) Indrik mounts, just to never make them available in-game, don't torture me like that... Is one of them going to be in July Crown Store Showcase, then, in a couple weeks or so?
Or, is an Indrik mount an ultra rare one you can get from Psijic Vault Crown Crates that isn't listed in "Possible Contents" list for them? Has anyone gotten the green or gold/yellow one?

AU based 'Order of the Star' social guild is recruiting!
The Order of the Star is recruiting friendly people who enjoy helping others and being social - we're a social guild after all! We have members in Australia, the US and other areas of the world, so we're active regardless of the timezone! We have over 300 members at the moment (it varies, depending on the day) of all races and factions. We're noob AND vet friendly, have a very active guild chat, and are often doing guild PVE activities like public or group dungeons, world bosses and trials, and some of us are jumping into Cyrodiil for PVP activities too. We use Discord for forum-type information and discussions as well as for voice chat, and we have a weekly raffle for members to win prizes while helping the guild raise funds to purchase furnishings for the guild house (Earthtear Cavern).
We're a family friendly guild (we're a swearing-free zone), and all ages are welcome. We have rules available in Discord that encourage members to be respectful and supportive while having a good time, and we don't hesitate in quickly removing any 'bad eggs'. New members are encouraged to join Discord to read our rules and stay up to date with guild announcements and information, and we also remove members if they haven't logged in to the game in 21 days, so our guild is always active. Our goal is to have fun, and we do pretty well at that.

I came back after a few months when I heard they'd been resolved and eventually formed a RP guild called the Crusaders of the Seventh. Early 2017, after a week of guild discussion and voting, we changed our name and became the Order of the Star.
We're proud of who we are. We wear our guild tabards with pride. And we have a vision for our future, to be one of the best social guilds of friendly, supportive and active players in all of Tamriel.

Current State of PvP and Communication from Dev
Hello,
At the moment pvp has reached a point where it never was before. Completly broken balance and huuuge Performance and Latency Problems.
If i take a look at the first page in this subforum i count 5 posts about Performance/Latency and 4 about how broken sloads is. And there are 0 reactions from Zenimax clarifying at least something. No communication ever. Nothing on what was the Intention on sets like sloads and what they are currently doing about the Performance issues. We are dicussing these things here wanting the game to improve so we actually enjoy it again and old players return to the game and also new players come. But atm I cant recommend eso.
If there is a bug with a 5 minute long random Quest we get a hotfix for this one week later. Pvp has so many problems and nothing is getting adressed.....
Please for the Love of god, we need an in depth respond from ZoS on how they see pvp in its current state and what plans they have for the Future. We also need Statements about Balance like defile, bleeding,sloads.
We deserve an indepth statement about this. We are paying costumers who are complaining about ongoing and new problems that the product for what we pay or payed for have. This close to nothing communication about these problems is punishing for paying costumers and has nothing to do with service.

Caltrops
I hate doing pvp and i really can't be bothered to be in cyrodil constantly dying, are there any other abilities i can replace it with? (Warden, Stamina Based, Have Summerset)

With the release of Summerset Isles DLC it brought along a bunch of new tings but I have a question, Why is it that even if I did not buy the DLC I can still collect the ingredients to the crafting aspect even though I won't be able to use it?

What’s your PvE stamblade Endgame setup?
ATM I use Relequen on body and advancing yokeda for weapons and jewelry but I’m farming for war machine which will replace yokeda for weapons and jewelry. So what sets do you use in end game content? Vet or normal. How well does it work for you? I’m just curious to find other set combinations in use from my fellow Stam boyz.

ESO Battle Royal - Yes or No?
I'm kinda tired looking my place as CP pvper,
I think battle royal can be a really nice mode in PVP, Alternative to cyrodill with less lag and gurantee decent fights, think of how many different and complex pvp situations it can create.
It can help ESO get into the comptetive PVP scene, and make it more interesting.
BG's are implentad very very bad IMO, Duels are trash, and cyrodill, well dont get me started.
The Bad:
* Friends will gib other players together - Thus names should be hidden.
* Proc sets
* Broken builds
* Tanks - Winner at final circle should be chosen by dmg done, or higher kills.
* Bad rewards as we already know ZOS
The Good:
* Get ESO into E3, etc
* Multipile modes, DOUS, Squad, ETC
* Small Scale fights
* Answer to CP pvpers have their place when cyrodill becomes a mess (80% of the day)
* Make ESO more popular - (First MMO with battle royal sounds cool to me)

Console needs to be taken down asap (freezes + Updated with message from Zos)
Ok this is absolutely ridiculous. The freezes are server wide right now across both Pve and pvp. People are reportedly stuttering for 20 seconds or coming to complete freezes regardless of where they are.
Dragon bones introduced eternal loading screens in Cyrodill, which sucked but at least you could generally avoid cyrodill.
Now these freezes are happening EVERYWHERE which are devastating people's gameplay.
The game should be taken down and this needs to be addressed straight away. How are people supposed to do trials, dungeons, pvp or anything when the servers cant handle this?

Disappointed with the Summerset Introduction
I'm really enjoying what I have explored in Summerset so far so please take that with a grain of salt, however, I was really disappointed that there was no IN GAME introduction that walks you through a quest leading to Summerset. This is the first time in the game that I felt like the introduction was lazy. This is the first time that I had to go to collections to kickstart the quest. It is very unfortunate that they are not working the starter tutorial quests in with old players as well. I found it unfortunate that Firemoth island in the Vvardenfell Chapter was not something that old players could experience. I find it even more unfortunate that they repeated this error with Summerset. Why go to the trouble of making new and interesting introductions if we can not experience it? Players who have filled all their character slots are out of luck. There is a part of me that wishes we could have more character slots but even more I would rather simply being able to run all of the quests on all characters. So this is my personal suggestion to ZoS that they reconsider this in future Chapters, and possibly consider this for past ones. It would not have been hard to allow the Vestige to crash on Firemoth island or whatever it is that new characters do on Summerset. At least give us the choice ZoS.
