The new Artaeum Takeaway Broth will not trigger the 5th piece of Bone Pirate. When I switch to Dubious BP will work, so the issue is between Artaeum Takeaway Broth and BP.

Hammerdeath Arena needs some love
I enjoy dueling and so far the best spots I have found are the undaunted enclaves and a handful of random wayshrines with lots of space/no enemys but I really really think the hammerdeath arena should be given a proper wayshrine much closer to it and maybe stick a few guild traders in there? (maybe even an outfit station because style = victory).
I think this is such a great place but the problem is nobody goes there because it is inconvinent and there are better places but they are random and you need to stumble upon them or find them by word of mouth.

Sotha Sil (EU PC)
Since I just moved here from Kyne where our forum thread was always an entertaining read, I was pretty disapointed not to find similar thread for this campaign, just a couple of disjointed QQs. And so im starting one ![:) :)]()
This is to be a big cross-alliance chat, full of salt, drama and unlikely friendships!
And so, I'll start with few observations, from a point of expereinced PvPer, but newcomer in SS, EP side.
Current population during active hours seem to be into EP's favour, which is a bit unfortunate for a guy joining, since its always more fun to play underpopulated faction. Still I like that other 2 factions are active enough to not let EP dominate but instead keep pushing back and keep PvP going!
Campaign seems a bit worse in regards to nightcapping. What amazes me tho, is that it seem to be going on on all 3 alliances roughly in the same amount. EP capping few days at the end of evening, others later at night and in the morning.. Altough I'll never understand ppl taking scrolls from NPCs at 4am, i must say: if it doesnt kill the PvP enjoyment at primetime, go slaughter those NPCs! Show them who's best! :P
And finally, since im moving here along with a guild, Im interested to find out names and activity of other guilds playing in SS
Ive met some EP ones alrdy but im interested in knowing what DC and AD groups we will be fighting.. so far we have seen a couple of good ones, and we are very much looking forward to wiping you after we settle in! ![:D :D]()

Character advice plz
Ok...I'm technically a newbie but have six characters that I made up about two years ago and never played.
I want to concentrate on creating a battlemage that can heal as well as attack especially as I'd like to join a guild as soon as I can find one silly enough to accept me, but I would also like to have a tank to just have fun with. Should I just start again as none are higher than level 5? What would be best races/classes for these
How many characters do you use and why?

Which DW weapon type do you use on Stam in Cyro?
Title. Which and why?
This will be for all types of content except dueling really-- small scale, medium to large size raids, and BGs.
Specifically: are maces worth it/efficient? Is the 5% damage done from Swords worth it? Would you ever run 2 Axes on a non-bleed build? Thanks!

The state of tanking - class recommendation
Good day,
As far as I am concerned, DK has always been a top choice for tanking. I am leveling mine as well, though, I've heard some good things about warden being able to handle tanking role pretty effectively. Therefore, I would like to ask how is Warden when compared to the DK in terms of PVE tanking?
I believe some easier, non - trial content can be finished with multiple combinations of class-role, but how is Warden's tanking in the very endgame? Does it have its place, or should it be forgotten in the PVE at all?
Thank you all for opinions.

Dungeons and Trials question
I am just starting this game. This is also the first MMO I have played. I have not tried any of the group content as I am deaf and have trouble playing and using text chat at the same time. Would it be worth the trouble to try this aspect of the game , or should I just stick to solo content.

Your Dream Set
This is fun, I'm sure something similar to this has been posted before, but what would you dream or ideal set be in ESO or a set you hope they introduce. For me it's this...
Mephala's Gift (Medium Armor)
(2 items) Adds 1096 Max Stamina
(3 items) Adds 1487 Physical Penetration
(4 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage
(5 items) Adds 400 Weapon Damage to your Poison Damage abilities.

Pricing in guild traders, seriously?
You know, when you go to the supermarket you usually see these kind of offers where you get a better price on a product if you buy more than one at the same time. Why is this the other way around in this game?
Like this: Let's say the price on Dreugh Wax is commonly 7000-7500 in most guild traders, so far all is fine. But why is it, that in like 60-80% of the cases people charge MORE than this if they sell multiple items? If you buy two, people usually charge 16-20k. You got 15 other guys selling one Dreugh Wax for 7000-7500, and then there's a number of people selling stacks of 2 for 16k each, and further down you got some wacko who decides that 80k for 8 Dreugh Wax is the perfect price, while they same one also sells stacks of two for 16k each. I mean, wtf? "Buy 10, pay for 11 and a half!".
Are people just hoping that people can't count, and pay more without realizing it? Are they hoping people are so lazy, that they won't bother buying 8 separate items (usually widely available) - and will pay that much more because they want to click purchase only once instead of eight times?
I'm speaking for Xbox EU now, and I don't know if the situation is the same on other platforms. I haven't really bothered to check out the fee for submitting these items to traders, if it differs that much for posting two 7.5k vs. one 16k item - but I strongly doubt that's some sort of explanation - especially since we have these people suddenly trying to peddle 8 wax for 80k, which is quite common. I have been talking to quite some people I know about this, and everyone is like "Dunno, guess they hope people are stupid", "they are just ****, buy the cheaper ones" or whatever so I doubt it's just me that missed some vital point here. I mean, I doubt people care about their fee for posting 2 vs 1 wax, and rather buy two of these numerous single 7000 ones instead of their two waxes for 8k each? It doesn't make any sense to me.
If I sell like excess wax, tempers or resins I sort of always offer some kind of discount to the price. I mean, I will sell them all, but I rather sell all the Rosin I wish to get rid of at once and get 1000 gold less, than wait a week to have it all sold. Most people don't seem to reason that way? Enlighten me please... ;-D

Should They Make PvE Overland Mobs More Difficult?
I know this is now impossible with the way One Tamriel works, but I wish PvE overland Mobs were more difficult.
The mobs die so easily and they just aren't interesting to fight.
I recall in Guild Wars 1 that the mobs had access to all of the spells and skills players had. So they would be throwing all kinds of stuff at you and it made the gameplay fun.
I wish they would at least give mobs access to all of the player skills, instead of a power attack and a random AOE circle here and there.
Would be great if they increased the reaction time and speed and health of the mobs too.
It is a catch 22 though. Make the mobs more difficult to satisfy the higher CP players and they will be too difficult for the lower CP players..... Although I have heard an numerous occasions from newer players that the game is too easy, so maybe there is room to increase the difficulty of mobs?
In my opinion they should have just left Craglorn as a group zone. I could solo most of it and it was challenging as hell but it was so much fun. If I wanted to group the option was there and that was equally as fun.
I wish they would add another large group zone like Craglorn.
I like this game a lot, but I have an issue with how easy it is.

What are you hoping for in TES 6?
Here's my personal wish list:
- Settlement Building - Not a whole slew of settlements like in Fallout 4, just one. One settlement, but one you can customize to the max. Basically Hearthfire and Fallout 4 having a lovechild that's then put on steroids.
- Dwarven Construct Creation - Basically like the robot creation from Fallout 4, but with Dwarven constructs.
- Spellcrafting - I like making my own spells, and it's a bit stupid that skyrim did away with this at the same time it introduced crafting. Why make creating your own stuff part of the game and take away something cool like that?
- Memorable NPCs - Don't care about most of the NPCs in games like this because barely any of them stand out. The voice acting is almost ALWAYS lackluster and the dialogue is just terrible. There's no emotion behind any of the lines and it makes the NPCs sound flat.
- No Dragonborn-esque chosen one stuff - I don't care if we eventually become the savior of all Tamriel, but I find it a bit stupid when it's not our determination or courage that enables us to save the day, it's some poorly-defined *** ability that we just have for some reason.
- Better Mod Support - Basically I think consoles should get better mod support. They should design the next games with things like script extenders in mind so that more mods are compatible with the base game and can therefor be played on consoles.
- More Expansions - I hate the fact that whenever a Fallout game comes out, it has, like, 5 expansions. TES games only get 2 or 3. I think TES games deserve more love post-launch.
- Multiplayer? - The reason there's a question mark by that is because I'm not sure about it. Honestly, I LOVE playing Elder Scrolls games by myself, but sometimes it does get lonely (what with the uninteresting NPCs and such). Borderlands does a fantastic job of implementing multiplayer. It's not mandatory so those who just want to experience the game by themselves are perfectly free to do so at no penalty, people can pop in and out almost seamlessly so it doesn't interrupt the flow of the game, and it can be a real laugh when playing through the story for a second time with friends. If any normal TES game is going to have multiplayer of any kind, I think it would have to be similar to Borderlands for those reasons.

Tips on healing Execute Phase of Veteran Cloudrest?
I'm looking for any tips on healing the execute phase of veteran Cloudrest. I"ve gotten to that point a few times but find it difficult and I want to ensure as the healer I'm not doing anything wrong. My healer is max CP, Templar, with SPC, Mending, and Earthgore; healling staff is powered. For healing at this point, Combat Prayer, Hasty Prayer, et al.? I'm presuming for baneful mark this should be sufficient. I run tri pots for that extra boost; but as a Vampire I use Double Bloody Mara (maybe something else would be better)? For CP 100 in blessed and Elfborn (among others). Anyone got any feed back please?

Crown Store: I feel deceived
Dear zenimax,
as I can see now, there have been disucussions about the additional Outfit Slot Upgrade here on the forums.
Since I'm new to the forums and never had problems with the Crown Store, naturally I didn't know about them.
And I shouldn't have to.
I bought an addional outfit slot for the price of a Dungeon DLC - and I was more than disappointed, and angry, to see that these slots are per character and not account wide.
Almost every other upgrade (assistants, crown mimic gems, riding lessons, motifs...) are, according to common sense, at least tradeable and therewith account wide.
I was certain the outfit slot, for *that price*, was account wide.
It's not.
Now I'm not here to debate that ridiculous pricing, because it won't lead to anything.
The information/tooltip for that store item is deceiving.
"This unlocks 1 additional outfit. [...]"
Everything else in the "Crafting" category is usable on every character.
When unlocking another Upgrade, like the assistants, it says:
"[Character description] - When summoned, his services can be used by you and your groupmates."
There is no hint that this is an account wide usable Upgrade - because that's common sense.
The information that the outfit slots are per character is NOWHERE to be found.
I feel cheated. And I'm certain this information is left out on purpose.
I left a lot of cash in that store - I will no longer do that.
Please add a refund-system for bought and never used Crown Store Items.
You scammed me out of my money and I want it back.
Sincerly,
a very angry himbeerschaf

Sloads: The Death of Build Diversity
I’ve got it, this is the reason to nerf sloads that even its defenders should be able to get behind: build diversity. Now, I know for sure (though I won’t name any names cause forum rules) that at least some people defending Sloads have ranted about build diversity this and build diversity that in the past. So answer me this, your solution to Sloads is for everyone to slot purge or use wyrd tree, ok fine. Since apparently all the Sloaders know better than the most respected content producers and theory crafters in this game, this set should be nerfed because it’s killing build diversity and forcing everyone to use one set to survive or one skill, and destroying the work ZOS has done to move away from a heavy armor meta, since health regen is the best way to counter this if you’re not a magicka build and can’t use Wyrd tree. In the name of #builddiversity nerf Sloads because ZOS says I should be able to play however I want and Sloads isn’t letting me do this.

Something majority of people don't realize on what constitutes a master crafter according to eso is
Literally just rank 50... that is it, don't believe me, check your achievements. When people ask for a master crafter in zone chat anyone that is rank 50 in that pre request area you asked for is a master crafter for that. There is trait master and there is also style master and grand master as well. Just trivial things most people don't realize about.
Again if someone tries to claim something about what constitutes a master crafter, lead them onto the achievement section in crafting and show them what a master crafter is.

Nocturnal, did ZoS even read the Lore?
I am completely disappointed with ZoS depiction of Nocturnal. In the Lore established pre ESO Nocturnal doesn't care much for the world of men and mer at all. While she does actually have cultist much like any of the other Princes, she ignores them completely. Only using her Nightingales for what work she wishes to happen in the world of Nirn. Her Nightingales, of which she only chooses 3 are also given free will over their choice to become one. Including the foreknowledge that they are giving over there soul to her in the afterlife until what ever time she decides that she is done with them.
Morrowind spoilers
Not to mention the epic failure that is the actual depiction of Nocturnal. Mephala made a better Nocturnal than the overly large Redguard wearing a Crown Store costume did.... If they weren't even going to try, why didn't they just add a shadow aura to the statue right behind her and call it good.
Morrowind spoilers
The involvement in Morrowind made some sense. The Skeleton key is missing. This is one of the only things to make her pay attention to the world. However this is the exact same issue occurring in Elder Scrolls V, Skyrim. Nocturnal doesn't send an army of Wraith Crows after the Key though. She recruits a new Nightingale and sends them along with the other two still loyal Nightingales after the key. Why was her response a thousand years later a thousand times less sever? Now I do see how both Morrowind and Summerset stories are linked. The fact remains that plot wise at least there was a reason for Nocturnal's involvement.
Summerset spoiler
Now though ZoS thinks to make Nocturnal not only just want destroy the world, but some how she is now also older than the Deadra? Again this doesn't line up at all. What influence that Nocturnal is said to have on the world is to give luck to thieves. Hardly on the same level as wiping out the world. The Court of Bedlam, again Nocturnal ignores her cultist. Why is she actively collecting any now? Even if she did decide to join up with other Princes for some goal, why is her Earl not one of the Nightingales?
Plus how would the other Deadric Princes not know that Nocturnal was older than them?
