The drop rate for Jubilee Event Week 4 has left many players noticeably un-jubilous.
Is this intended or should ZOS jump in with a hotfix to save the day?

Dark Cloak PVEvsPVP!

The dark cloak change is hitting the wrong target, let me explain why:

In PVP on live, stamblades uses Forward Momentum to get snare immunity, this was pretty much bis for heavy stamblade. Now we get snare immunity from Phantasmal Escape(double take), this means stambaldes will re-morph FM to Rally and get a burst heal.
So in conclusion stamblades in pvp looses pretty much nothing; we gain minor protaction for 8 seconds(+hot), minor protection beeing more useful in pvp then pve(oblivion damage/bleeds). We replace that burstyness of dark cloak with Rally and the only thing that goes away is the speed buff from double take.

In pve however, nightblade tanks looses their "burstheal", they have no opportunity to get the heal from somewhere else and because most tanks have relatively high resistance and the encounters to bleeds and oblivion damage are minimal(most of the time healed away) we don't benefit much from 8 seconds of minor protection.

Magblade is also hurt by the current PTS version, and tbh we don't need a nerf.

Conclusion: Revert the skills to it's current state on live, it's better "balanced" as it is.

Too Much Healing in PVP

Everyone can super heal, whether you are in light armor, medium or heavy. This is killing PVP and pockets healers in organized/ball groups are mess!

Current state of healing in PVP is broken, ZOS should reduce healing to 75% via Battle Sprit

Jewelry Crafting Takes Too Much Time...

Compared to the other types of crafting it just takes way to long to improve jewelry. It would be great if this could be adjusted someday.

Idea for build diversity: random character traits/unique items opened by achievement points

So what's boring around ESO is that there is clear meta in everything, like fire for magicka dps, high-crit for stamina etc
This is determined by fact that absolutely any build can be relatively easy copied.

Idea is to add random character traits, which provide affinity bonuses like "+10% to cold damage, -5% to fire damage", "use highest penetration for both magicka/stamina, but lowest crit chance" which will made each character build unique. This traits can be opened only by achievement points so just spamming character creator won't help.
For example first trait is opened at 2k achievement points, 2nd at 4k... 5th at 32k. given that each trait will have detrimental effects, character with 32k+ points will be more powerful then one with 2k, but still not OP. Well, in some rare cases it will be OP, but this is realistic, there are talented "OP" people IRL.

It may be not character traits, but random hereditary items (character bound), up to 5 1- or 2- piece set items which will be opened by achievement points. If you don't like them, don't use them, but if you wanna build ice mage or hybrid those traits/items may provide edge necessary to be effective in end game.

Hello everyone :)
Please sorry about my english it is not my native language :D so spellign and grammar issues will be in palced :D

A litle backgroudn story:

we first met in a diferent mmorpg game, 6 years ago.
we had so much fun and adventure all over the place in that game, and leater about 5 years ago i mentioned Skyrim as one of my favourite games including TESIV Oblivion.
he said he also love those games, and he mentioned about a new title game called The Elder Scrolls Online.
Bascily in short terms he convinced me to join to this game. :D
As years were passed we fall in love with eachother, and we got married in Auridon at the shirne of Mara :)
we were realy happy we played alot together untill we decided to move together as well.
we have ben living together now in 3 years now. Durring that period of time i always mentioned how much i love the lore behind the game and the facinating stories.
We leater decided to join the rank in Cyrodiil to fight for our queen. And i was crowned as emperor, and 2years leater i helped him to become an emperor as well.
On that note i told him how awesoem would be if we can obtain an Amulet Of Kings, in real life. I know what you thinking :D But leater we dropped the topic, until today, a post men arrived to my doorstep and my boyfriend recieved a package.
He stood in front of me and told me to close my eyes, becasue hes got something for me.
I obayed, and i only heard some clinging noise :D
Then he said open your eyes my Emperor.
i was like what? :D what is this? :D why do you call me like that? :D
And he said look and pointed on my chest, dam it was heavy xD.

And i recieved this:

I was literally Cyring i was soooo overwhelmed by the joy and happyness and love. And he said May You Long Reign My Love and My Emperor.
It was soooo amazing. i am so happy right now and so full of joy :)

I just though i would share this with you all, how much i love you all and how thankful i am becasue in truth this game is brought us together in real life as well.

I wish the same joy and love and happyness to everyone. <3

What is a positon of stam dk in end game pvpe? Why someone would want stam dk in trial group instead of stamblade? Does that build give any buff for group?

Seems to me like current direction is removing base classes from competitive play in order to sell new classes with everything they have taken away from base classes.

cp pvp is a lost cause its unbalanced and wont ever be saved. nocp pvp is far superior and very well balanced. no need to ask for nerfs when u see a sorc or warden take down 20 people solo. just go no cp pvp. i wont understand why ppl even go for cp pvp. its garbage in my opinion.

cp should be removed from pvp in general. pvp should rly just be like nocp cyrodiil and battlegrounds in the game and then just focus on balancing that.

u can also make a 1 vs x nocp build but that will take far more effort and mechanical skill (resource management, timing, reflexes) in the game.

Edit:
name me any set and i can make it work for nocp pvp thats how balanced and skill dependant nocp is.... u cant do the same in cp pvp.

So I've seen many khajiit NPC in Elsweyr are using "I" and "me" instead of "this one". Wonder if anyone bugged by it like I am.

Tank and Healer, 38 minutes in queue so far. We get it declined every 3-8 seconds. That's a lot of declines from double DD, for a pledge dungeon.

What exactly is a "spammable attack"

Hi, All! I'm pretty much still a noob (CP 160), and I have a question for all y'alls.

People who theorycraft builds talk about "spammables", and I have a rough idea of what they mean: an attack with little or no cooldown and low cost that you can consequently spam. But I'm wondering if this has a more specific definition; an in particular, is there a way to read the description of an active skill and say definitively, "yes, that's spammable"? I ask because as a new player I'm unclear how to build my bars so that I can achieve a better DPS, and I'm lost in a sea of skill trees trying to find the ones I want to invest in.

Hi!

With the Elsweyr Patch, Imperial City will become its own campaign:
Imperial City is now its own Campaign. The doors in Cyrodiil have been shut down; to get into Imperial City, you simply use the Campaign selection menu. You’ll end up in the Sewers just as if you had entered from Cyrodiil.

This is likely to increase the population in Imperial City for two reasons:
- Instead of four or more instances, there will be only two.
- Currenty, travelling to the Imperial City is quite a hassle (apply for Cyrodil, then teleport to the nearest keep, then run/ride to the sewer entrance, i. e. three loading screens).

A lot of players will want to access the Imperial City for the PvE/quest content, which is quite enjoyable btw. Others will go there to fight each other or prey on PvE players. This will, as we all now, lead to grief and complaints.

So, I have a suggestion to solve this and want to put this up for discussion:

Limit the Tel Var gain from killing other player characters to the amount you currently carry.

Why? This will introduce a fairer risk/reward ratio. Currently, you can enter the Imperial City with 0 Tel Var stones and just prey on others. This carries no risk to loose anything, but all the potential to get a huge payout from others.

The influx of players is, in my opinion, a good opportunity to introduce this change, and will at least limit the potential for conflict without removing the PvP aspect. Want to prey on others? Then show the courage to risk some of your own Tel Var riches.

WEEK 4 - STYLE PAGE DROP RATE

Ran 3 Trials and 3 Pledges last night and only about 4 style pages in the entire group for all of them combined?
Is this drop rate as intended, because it's a joke.

So I've heard two different accounts of how the style pages will drop for the 5th week of the event:

A) All event types (writs/delves/dungeons/pvp/etc) will happen at the same time, but certain style pages will only drop from their specific type of event (prophet will only drop from writ reward boxes, tharn will only drop from cyro ones, etc.)

B ) All event types will happne at the same time, but the reward boxes will be a "generic" type that incorporates all the events' loot lists into one (i.e. any type of style page can drop from the generic boxes, though the loot list will be diluted with all pages so the chance of getting any specific page will drop)

Can anyone give clarification/insight as to which is correct?

The arms on Sai Sahan's Jack are not taking a lot of colors correctly. Most of the colors are dyeing as white, it will not take black, except some light grays come up darker than they should. I didn't see an issue with the other channels.
