DLC Pledge MIA after patch

After the patch this morning Urgarlag stopped handing out pledges. Please ZOS, I don't know what you did during down time to make her mad but could you please apologize or something , we need those pledges.

Seriously though, multiple people are reporting having this issue.

My Necromancer might just become my new Main... awesome class, great job.

Honestly, that class is just a blast to play with, having undead Minions on your side, all the Death based AoE (I mean seriously, who doenst want to fight in a freezing Graveyard xD) the feeling of ripping the sould out of your victims...

And the cherry on top of it is the Bone Goliath...

Now THAT is an Ultimate. For 20 Seconds, you become a near-Invincible Monster, I love to just pull everything in sight and then transform to slaughter them all...

And thanks to the Necromancers Ability to rip souls out of his victims, you gain so much Ultimate, you can use your Ultimate all the time.

Even with Blastbones bugged the Class is still awesome, Hell, I still use Blastbones just for the feeling of sending a Skeleton bomb at my enemy... plus, hey another body to consume^^

Overall... Great Job ZoS. I love this class.

Just Tacos is recruiting during May!

We are an all lady (and lady identifying) social guild for PS4 NA servers. We're a group of ladies who all share the same love for ESO. Our guild thrives due to our members, since our events are created and run by them. We support a wide range of activities from zone clears, sky shard hunts, to PvP and dungeons/trials. We also have fun with fishing and thieving tournaments, dance parties, and costume contests as well. Basically, we do it all and then some!

So come join us in spreading the Taco love, all around Tamriel! Check out our presentation (linked below) and submit an application (link at the end of the presentation).

Who we are looking for:
~Active and willing to become invested in the guild.
~Woman or woman-identifying only.
~18+ years old
~Must use a working mic.
~Must not share an ESO account with another player.
~Must be willing to use BAND, our free social app.
~Minimum character level of 25

Faction Lock ruining online experience with friends

I have so many friends that I can no longer play with and have fun anymore because of this. To wait a FULL month is disturbing and only hurts my ability to enjoy ESO.

Taking away access to play with your friends in an online MMO only hurts the fun for me and my friends. Who knows, I could get tired of waiting a month or tired of faction lock that I end up quitting because I can't have fun with my friends anymore.

The idea of faction lock was to prevent people from switching factions excessively, just add a 24 hour timer but not a 30 day timer. Now I'm EP and play with a DC player, and because of faction lock we cant group up but we still double team up and fight AD together. Faction lock working as intended? I think not, only hurting the game even more at this point.

The most important thing about an online MMO's success is the ability to interact with your friends and play online. You've completely took that away , please revert changes or add a much smaller lockout timer such as 24 hours instead of 30 days before the official elsewyr launch otherwise this will be an embarrassment to our game. We're going to have a lot of traffic to our game, please don't make them quit because they can't play with their friends too.

Northern Elsweyr survey reports cannot be used (PC/NA)

The screen blurs, but no map or other information displays. I disabled all addons, same result. This will make it exceedingly hard to find my Blacksmith Survey: Northern Elsweyr! (A guildmate tested with the clothier survey and had the same issue). /bug 20190523-005757

I really don't want to play stamina Necromancer :(

I want to play a Necromancer, and a necromancer to me and to most people are summoners and magicka based. Stamina Necromancers dont really make sense and the stamina morphs really don't make sense. I want to be casting spells from range, I dont want to be using daggers and bows while playing necromancer.

Unfortunately they gave all the good morphs to stamina necromancers, who already have a lot of great weapon skills, while magicka characters only get elemental blockade. I get now why there are less stamina morphs for most classes, they already have a ton of good weapon skills plus caltrops.

I feel like if I play Magicka Necromancer I'm just handicapping myself. I made a khajit necromancer so I can switch between both, but why??? why did they make magicka necros so bad.

Fix blastbones and make it more reliable and faster, they nerfed it for pvp and made megicka necros useless in pve. Stamina necros dont care cause they have a ton of other reliable skills.

Long time PS4 player here, with a lot of hours and good times had on the NA server. However, recently transitioning to PC from console and has me wishing I could bring all my progress, characters, sweet loot, and most importantly all the months spent to get that master crafter. I'm not the first and won't be the last, so how can we make it happen?

I know that the response in previous posts has been that there is an issue with how data was stored/transferred and basically it came down to being a manual process and not one they could automate. I don't know the specifics, but rather than argue that point, I have a simple question. If it is a manual process then there are a number of work hours required to move one account from console to PC. If the ESO team were willing to do so, would you be willing to pay the wage of the person doing that work?

For myself, I would happily pay for the one or two hours it takes to manually copy files and transfer (wild guess at time spent here). ESO would gain an ESO Plus customer back, I would keep the progress I've made but still have purchased the base game on two platforms, and the process is not a money sink for them because I pay the hourly wage. It seems like a win-win. I think it's reasonable to say I have to purchase the base game again and while I would like to keep all the crowns and dlc I purchased on PS4, I can entertain arguments for something more middle of he road.

Who else would do this in order to transfer between platforms, and are there any sympathetic employees over at ZOS/Bethesda who would be willing to support our desire to continue our quest in the world of ESO?

This is an up and coming guild thats growing very quickly, When making this guild I wanted to start a social guild where you can group up and play with people instead of always playing alone, have someone to chat with while questing, and most importantly build towards end-game status and have people that can help with your crafting, builds and know how’s!! Group finder is broken

Hello,

It's been a few days now -always on primetime- that the group finder system is broken.
I was hoping it would get fixed with today's maintenance... but it wasn't apparently.

So what's the deal ?
I can't seem to find any info from Zenimax anywhere on the forums, launcher, facebook, whatever. It's very frustrating.

Movement Speed Bug

I am getting this bug all the time with the Boneyard morph (Unnerving Boneyard). Here is what I experience for others to share their account:

I find the ability is unstable in group settings (dungeon parties of 4 and even participating solo in dragon encounters with other players). This ability will simply not cast when other abilities are able to be used. Once the ability finally is able to be cast, your character will incur what feels like an 80% movement speed reduction. The only way to remove the effect is to die or relog.

This issue is near-identical to a 2014 bug in this forum thread: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/64759/my-character-is-permanently-walking-running-slowly-after-main-story-quest

Perhaps it is this ability or server issues with the launch. Having just ran Spindleclutch I with a group, even non-Elsweyr locations can cause this. (There was a second Necromancer in the party, but they did not use this spell to my knowledge.)

It is amazing how much millennials and gen Z people whine/complain. The class is amazing and the only broken thing about it is Goliath Bash and that does indeed need to be adjusted. It is crazy op in pvp.

The whining about ZOS not acting quickly enoughto change necros to cure your learn to play issues really reminds me of this. Watch in entirety.

Necros are fine just have a big learning curve.

Magic warden DD question

Good day people. I am warden breton and have purple sets: iceheart 2\2, mother sorrow 5\5 and spell strategist 5\5. Mundus stone - Shadow. Iceheart I use now to stay alive when doing solo quests in Claudrest. Without any bonuses and food I have about 30k magic, 1900 spell damage and 58% crit chance. All CP points I used like in Alcasts guide. I want to ask why my spell damage is so small? And maybe I have to transmute arcane to infusion in all my jewelery to encrease DPS?

My DPS now is only 20k

I wanted to say thank you for what you and everyone else does at Zenimax. I noticed that you posted the patch notes yesterday which meant that you came in on a holiday to post patch notes so we could have them. I do not know how much thanks you and everyone else at Zenimax gets but I wanted to stop to say thank you.

Oh and I love the Elsweyr story and the house you can get. I actually started to decorate my first house. So whoever thought of that thank you.

My Stage 1 Vampire (Necromancer) does not look like a vampire

She's also only level 5. Please tell me this is intended. Part of me thinks it is NOT because my other vampires in Stage 1 all still look like vampires. C'mon ZOS, just give me this ok? Make Stage 1 look like a normal mortal already!

So I had a lovely fake tank just now

Normally fake tanks don't really bother me because they're generally pretty good dps and you can plow throught stuff quickly, but this guy was one salty extremely squishy potato. 12k hp and low cp in light armor. We got city of ash 1, so this wasn't like it was a difficult dungeon or anything. I was the healer, and I just could not keep this guy alive. Everyone else was basically full hp the whole time, but this dude just got farted on and somehow combusted. So naturally at the end of the dungeon he tells me I need to learn to heal and leaves. I made the mistake of telling him he needs to use food and not queue as a tank. Oh boy.

Dude goes off on how all of us were so terrible and slow, how he can't be expected to tank when he isn't one (literally his words), and that he carried us through that dungeon (funny because he was dead half the time). Calls me a reta(3 more letters here) about 20 times. Repeatedly tells me I have no idea what I'm doing. Responded to him asking why, if it was me that sucked, did no one else die or have any issues. Also explained to him that the other two people needed to do the quest, so I wasn't going to run ahead and abandon them as they were low level clearly new players and said he needed to stop being such a jerk.

Dude just responded with more insults even called me a pelican and a pleb XD Honestly the whole thing was funny as hell because he was just so stereotypically one of those players that thinks they're amazing and everyone else is garbage. The cherry on top though was him calling himself a dps god and boasting about his 20k dps. Which I'm pretty sure is double what he actually does judging by how slow he killed a single scamp lol

Necromancer doesn't have a permanent pet?

Out of all the classes, wouldnt it make the most sense for a necromancer to have a permanent skeleton following him and fighting for him? I know sorcerer and warden have pets, but I feel like necromancer should have at least a permanent undead. Maybe have the skeletal mage be permanent? I don't get why they didn't give at least one permanent pet.

Am I the only one who thinks its odd or am I wrong?
