[Crown Crates] Bandaari Bow issue

Just wondering why the gems on the Bandaari bow, an amazing design btw, are purple, when the gems on every other bandaari outfit style are blue/turquoise?
It would be nice if those gems matched the other elements of the set.

Do you care about which faction is winning the campaign?

[Warning] RIP Bleeds? Why? DId we asked to remove bleeds at all? Not to adjust to not be OP?

I'm wondered to have no here any discussion to defend the bleeds...They are too strong on LIve, for a very long time.
They strongly deserve to be nerfed...
But.
Now they going to "respect Physical resists"...

Lets talk about Tank Meta here, which was few years ago...do u remember that cases, guys?
Permablockers, extremly big % of all players running in heavy, with less than require damage but slowly died.
Or sometimes with a very high damage to do it when attacker spend tonn of resourses to do a damage because it was very highly mitigated.
Zergs with almost every player tank inside. Or Manatemplars with 60k health and spammed on being exloded Blazing shield...

If there are no Bleeds - new tank Meta coming...
33k+ resists (with health recovery, Major and Minor Protection, Major Evasion added with brainless someone to Momentum...hallo Hell).
And we should remember about no Major Defile on new Reverberation bash here...It's a very huge change.

I can except Bleeds to be scaled with target's resists proportionally to it's resist's Mitigation.
Like when person with 10k phys resists will get small % of damage coming increase from Bleeds, because of ignored resists only for same small mitigation it have in this case.
But tank with 33k resists - to have same Ignored resists as now...Bleeds have right to exist in game. They have a Function.

Because it's counter. It's a strong requirement to have general balance. I can predict that u will not get enouch feedback during PTS on this.

What gear for a PVE Nightblade?

I have a Lvl 50 Cp 160+ kKhajiit Stamina Nighblade who is set up as a thief/Assassin (Yup just like all the others) However the gear I have is great for sneaking but I get wasted in combat when I help with Guild events dungeons etc. What gear should I use for him for out and out combat? I have started crafting Hundings Rage but trawling through the forums i have seen Briarhear, Spriggans put forward as overland gear plus a range of trials gear Vicious Serpent etc then there are the monster sets... Could anyone suggest which sets work well together? I was thinking Briarheart and Spriggans + a monster set? Any advice would be great...

Suggestion: Missing Weapon Roles

Like many other people here, there a lot of missing weapon types that i'd like to see added to the game (spears, crossbows, flexible weapons like flails or whips, javelins) and it would be cool to see those in later chapters, but what I'd really like to see is some of the missing play styles filled mechanically, rather than just new graphics.

Specifically I personally really wish there was a stamina based option to heal your group, but there are several other play styles that aren't represented currently in the game. Such as magicka based melee weapon, a one handed magicka option, or a ranged stamina based tanking weapon. Some of those would obviously need some new weapon types and/or skill lines, but I think there is an obvious where some of those mechanics could be inserted into the existing skill trees.

Specifically, the "One Hand and Shield" skill line is the only existing line where you can equip multiple weapons types which have no effect on gameplay at all. In the dual wield line, two handed line, and destruction staff line changing your weapon has a passive effect on your play style, and I think adding that diversity into the one handed shield line would be a great way to cover some play styles that don't currently exist in the game.

Because my personal preference would be for a stamina based healing item, I would like to see one of the weapon types (mace?) change some of the active skills to provide some healing. Perhaps low slash could apply minor lifesteal instead of maim, or charge could target an ally and apply a damage shield.

Or for those into the melee magicka role perhaps the dagger could allow the abilities to scale on spell stats instead of weapon stats. Or perhaps the dagger could become a thrown weapon to allow for ranged stamina tanking (though I think a javelin and shield would be better for that).

What do you guys think? Are there other missing combat roles I didn't think of? Would the tanking role of the 1 handed and shield line be too adversely effected if one of the weapon types changed your role?

vMoL - Skinrai/Vashai Adds

Been in vMoL lately and a VERY annoying visual glitch is happening 90% times;

Have you ever been in a dungeon/trial lately? Noticed how sometimes adds are NOT showing for just 1-2 player in the group WHILE they are actually there?
If you experienced this you probably have noticed the following:

-The "invisible" adds are actually there and can damage you
- You can't target them (since invisible) but if you drop an AoE you WILL hit them (you'll see damage number floating in thin air where the mob is supposed to be).

I do tank and in vMoL often when the twin adds spawns I can't just see them in time here's what happens:

-I clearly see the "pillar" of light/shadow where these adds are supposed to spawn
-After this pillar i see nothing for 3 secs or so
-After this time the adds actually spawn BUT by that time they aggroed someone else and moved somewhere else, skinrai's ones in particular (melee) tends to go where they aggro and are hard to "call back" (their hitbox tends to be covered by vashai's one so very hard to inner fire on them. Sometimes too far away to safely chain them as well).

This is happening both on me and/or the other tank not always but kinda randomish (sometimes i just see them fine as supposed to be) still it's very likely that at least one of us get this annoying bug preventing the clear or making it much more hard than intended.

Since I can clearly see runs with good scores happening i'm wondering if other groups are experiencing this and how are they facing the issue.

Why hasn’t Goliath bash been adjusted on console!?

PC had an update where Goliath pummeling bash was adjusted two weeks ago.
Console recently had an update this Monday yet no mention of this fix.
Not to mention Xbox had a 15 Gb update with almost nothing.
So I ask, why in the hell must we deal with this brokenly absurd ultímate longer? How much longer will we have to wait? Because it’s ridiculous how You don’t even put the change in Monday’s patch notes yet PC has had it for two weeks.
I understand it takes about two weeks for these updates to be processed through console... but it’s been two weeks and we haven’t got crap.

Vvardenfell Furniture Plan Drop Rates

I am sure many of my fellow furniture crafting enthusiasts have experienced first-hand the frustration of obtaining Vvardenfell-only furnishing plans, especially the purple ones.

I have been recording data from my many Hleran Tomb clears. There are about 70 filled urns per clear. From June 5th to July 2nd I cleared Hleran Tomb 455 times, which is about 31,850 urns opened.

As of Update 14 we have several furniture plan loot tables:
Global: all the common, Breton, Redguard, Orc, Dark Elf, Nord, Argonian, High Elf, Wood Elf, and Khajiit plans
Vvardenfell: Ashlander, Dres, Hlaalu, Indoril, Redoran and Telvanni plans.
Dwarven: all the Dwarven plans
Daedric: all the Daedric plans
Special: plans that are obtainable from only one source. For example: the Wood Elf Throne, Vine plan from nobles in Grahtwood.

There aren't any problems with the Dwarven, Daedric and Special plan loot tables as they all have specific sources.

There is a problem with the Global and Vvardenfell plan tables. More specifically, the fact that Global plans are found in Vvardenfell way way too often.

In the 4 weeks of data I have collected so far I have looted the following plans:

45 White Global Plans
382 Green Global and 75 Green Vvard Plans (about 5 Global: 1 Vvard)
134 Blue Global and 22 Blue Vvard Plans (about 6 Global: 1 Vvard)
18 Purple Global and 4 Purple Vvard Plans (about 4.5 Global: 1 Vvard)

So, I loot ONE purple Vvardenfell-only plan once a week. There are 116 Vvardenfell-only purple plans (not sure if any fall into the Special source category or not). So, at my current loot rate it will take 116 weeks to loot them all (assuming you trade duplicates for unknown).

That is ridiculous!

I think there might be purple Vvardenfell plans that no one on the server has found yet!

What I think should be done to make this MUCH less frustrating for furniture crafters:
  • Remove the white global plans from the loot tables completely! These are available on npcs vendors and there is no need for them to also drop!
  • Remove the Breton, Redguard, Orc, Dark Elf, Nord, Argonian, High Elf, Wood Elf and Khajiit plans from the Vvardenfell loot table. This leaves the common and Vvardenfell only plans in the overall plan loot table OR give the Vvardenfell plans a very large bias. As is for every 1 global plan I should loot 1 Vvardenfell plan.
  • Add random furniture envelopes with Vvardenfell-only plans to the Master Writ vendor to give us an alternative to opening 1000's of urns to get our Vvardenfell plans.

I know that ZoS needs to make money from players buying the Crown Store furniture and having the plans exceptionally rare will technically increase the revenue from Crown Furniture. There needs to be a balance though. Furniture mats are already rare and needed in large quantities for EACH piece of furniture. This means lots of time or gold needs to be invested. People will still buy Crown Furniture because they don't have the time or gold to craft it. You are only frustrating and angering furniture crafters and housing enthusiasts with the difficulty of looting Vvardenfell plans. I ask and my guildmates ask "Can anyone craft _____?" on a daily basis and the answer is almost always "No". It gets rather depressing.

There are Crown Exclusive furniture items already which people will buy. Perhaps to compliment their crafted furnishings...but what is the point of buying some Amber Jellyfish Lights if you have no furniture in your house and if you spend crowns on the craftable furniture then you don't have enough for the awesome Amber Jellyfish Lights:( Since nearly all players do not have unlimited money to spend on Crowns.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please seriously consider changing the current loot tables for Vvardenfell furniture plans.

Hello, fellow players,
hello, ZOS people,

I'd like to express my thoughts about the current state of Bosmer/wood elves in ESO.

The good:
- They look cute.
- They have a funny background - eco-cannibals.

The bad:
- Their racials are somewhat below the curve.
- The loss of their stealth bonus was a hard hit, and seems not to fit to the lore.

Currently, their stats don't give them much of an identity, in my opinion. For example, Orcs are tough, physical brawler types. Redguards never tire. Khajit are stealth, lucky jack of all trades. But what about Bosmer? A bonus to weapon damage and stamina regeneration makes them... what? Good fighters. Nice gameplay wise, but lacking flair. A bonus from dodge-rolling and bonus to stealth detection neither contributes to their flavor, and is even near irrelevant combat wise.

So, what's your opinion?

Actually it doesn't matter you use it or not, my real question is which place do you think has the best mage resident feel? I really like Frostcrag Spire from Oblivion, I think the closest one in ESO is The Observatory Prior. However I didn't visit all house yet, is there any house you guys recommended?

Same issues are still happening even on PTS 5.1.1

Blastbones:

The skill wont fire (greys out, is unusable until 2x bar swap)

Detonating Syphon:

The player character turns around on skill activation and does not cast the skill. resulting in having to cast it at least twice

GeForce Experience: ESO Performance Killer

Hardware:

Aorus 2080ti Extreme
i9 9900k

When I allow GeForce Experience to optimize ESO, it sets optimal at max settings, this drops my frame rates to around 20-25 fps. When I move the slider down two notches, the frame rate is fine, around 60-100 fps at 3440x11440. Unfortunately, GeForce experience later automatically boosts the setting back up to max. I cant seem to stop it from doing this. I guess I will have to hide ESO Elswyer to keep it from doing it :(
