ZOS please read. Can you increase the amount of items from some nodes.
Specifically water.
As it stands now, water is a complete waste of time collecting. On average and with the 10% double CP perk, overland water nodes drops between 2-5, but searching tombs for urns as you quest or dungeons drops anywhere between 1- 7, is much faster to gather and is in close proximity. Making farming water in the overland completely useless and a waste of time.
My other request for increase is clothing materials. Leather comes naturally from killing enemies, wood and ore seem plentiful and are easy to spot, but clothing is harder to spot, more sparse in the overworld (from my experience) and although the game is a player made economy, it is more expensive than any other material, because of this rarity.
On average 1 max level clothing writ costs 40-50 silk, with the reward of wax, a survey or a master writ being rng. Also it seems that writs are more frequently asking for silk rather than leather items. The actual in game price for the silk we use for writs does not even match the rewards we get for doing the writ. This is player made economy of course, but with a slight increase in the amount clothing nodes drop this would change and even out, making clothing materials equal to every other mat.
Just a suggestion

Cooldown on proc sets like Duroks Bane, Wizard Riposte, etc...
... should be introduced. I mean, any AOEs used in Cyrodiil just ends up giving you every possible negative effect under the sun, and purge/cleanse only getting rid of them for like a second before it is reapplied.Just for Duroks Bane, using ritual of retribution to cleanse yourself hinders you because the AOE damage just reapply the effect to you.

Love the Storage, now this
I think it would be fun to have small backpacks or urns in our houses that our friends can loot. I can put my recipes or other
items that I already have in there. Even if it could only hold only 5 items, that would be great. Guilds can use these to have scavenger hunts
and can use them to hold prizes. This could be a lot of fun.

MAGBLADE pvp theorycrafting
Alright, with my lack of experience and very small amount of time since i started playing this game i realised somethigns about magblade pvp (bare with my noobness):
(oh and im talking about 1v1 (open world) 1 vs x and SMALL scale pvp, none of that skilless laggy no brain activity requires zerg mode(which by the way its closer to PVE then pvp since youa re just aoe'ing a see of red healthbars)
So, we do have the damage, and we can build for even more damage and burst, but with a unreliable cloak and image our defenses are poor! I tried some gank builds liek Daniels Torugs build and a variation of it with elegant/spinners for HA ganks, They work, but if the gank fails and you fail to cloak ur dead..so its funny for the first 10 ganks then it gets boring.
Im trying to build for sustain survivability and killing/bursting potential (even if within a window)
I always try both melee and destro/resto builds
So far i tried some variations with Shaklebreaker (seems the best overall option) :
-With spinners, your damage is pretty good (swallow soul tooltip is about 9k unbuffed), but u migth need to sacrifice some SP for mag regen.
-with necro, well, kinda fun to have 50k+ magika, but for some reason it doesnt seem to work well.
-with wizards reposte you become more tanky, but it seems that the lack of penetration really messes your burst capability forcing you into more sustain/regen.
So far a few things i dont udnerstand:
What crit resistance i should go for? iw as playing with 1700 and it sucks...then i got up to 2500 and it felt liek a diferent game even though on paper the numbers werent that diferent.
what penetration should i go for? getting it from CP seems crappy since its not % based, i always try to be above 10k but without spinners get very hard.
I always play with Light armor for the passives, and i do think its needed, but, would heavy armro really cut our damage and regen that much? cuz the hp and tankyness gain woudl be great.
What mag regen should i go for? i feel like that if ur under 1600 u need to play with leeching strikes and/or elemental drain, what is the sweet spot?1800?2k+ ?
Melee vs destro- love both, diferent playstyles , cant really tell if one is better then the other (even though the stuns and proximity for fears on a melee playstyle seem to suit betetr the magblade...but destor is so badass!)
Things i noticed:
Health pool really seems to matter on magblade, i changed to argonian form dark elf (ty @KenaPKK for the advice on youtube ), and my health now its always between 24-27k and i feel like anythign under 24k for a magblade REALLY sucks.
Thinking about trying wizards repost/spinners (one for each bar) with skoria/groth/bloodspawn?!..mag would go down, tnakiness and *** would go up, what do you guys think?

Are add-ons playing the game for you?
I keep seeing PvP videos where the add-ons provide huge indicators and promts like "purge now" and of course there was the recently fallen from grace Miats one which basically told you exactly when to dodge. I usually stick to the simple add-ons and find that kind of stuff to be borderline cheating. I mean party icons and damage numbers I can understand but part of PvP is recognizing debuffs etc. and knowing when and how to get around them.
What add-ons are these, first of all, and is ZOS aware of them? What is your opinion on add-ons that give the player an edge in PvP?
Personally, I think if you need a third-party program to tell you when to purge, you a scrub. But what do I know...

Tamriel's Most Wanted - aka. The Great Grand List of Furniture Wishes and Hopes
There have already been some great threads on here asking for future pieces of furniture. I am going to make my own thread, however, simply because of all the massive amounts of furnishing pieces I have found in the game, that I would like to see made available at some point or another in the game.
Feel free to link or compile this into the other megathreads about furniture wishes.
Due to the large amount of pieces, as well as pictures provided, I will section the post up in several parts, and several posts, in order to keep it less cluttered. I will try and put everything into an appropriate "theme" to make the browsing easier as well.
So without further delay, allow me to bring the first exhibits into view. I will start with the plant items that are most dear to my heart. You see, in my Tel Galen fungal paradise, I am creating a wild garden of exotic plants, funny fungi and carnivorous plants of all sorts and species. I am immensely thrilled at the result so far, HOWEVER, there is something that is sorely lacking among all my fly-eating babies. While we have the pitcher plants on both red and green varieties, as well as pitchers hanging from vines in different sorts, we do not yet have these large pitcher plants available anywhere:
![ATw5KxZ.jpg]()
![3ApwtiQ.jpg]()
![pWRkm9M.jpg]()
I would absolutely love these to be added eventually, as rare drops form Vvardenfell nodes and bought in Crown Store. A few of these in different sizes would top off my pitcher paradise perfectly. Also note the mushrooms with the red droplets and the ones growing on the stones. Would like these to be available as well, especially the red droplet ones. They are all over Vvardenfell.
Here's another example of both types of mushroom:
![mpIR8sn.jpg]()
Moving on to another of my personal favourites. I'm a major fan of carnivorous plants, so while we had pitcher plants in various sizes, as well as the sundew, one iconic plant was missing - the venus flytrap. I didn't think we actually had a model for it in the game, but then I was doing a round of Mazzatun when suddenly I spotted these:
![RSd8wVe.jpg]()
![YHvrfgI.jpg]()
![SiDLunv.jpg]()
REAL AMAZING venus flytraps! So much excitement, and so much disappointment that they aren't available from anywhere! This would be my fondest wish #1 to eventually see these in game. I will decorate my Tel Galen garden with these beauties from one end to the other.
Alright, moving on to some other things to finish off this first post. First I give you blue glowing shrooms:
![ynOA1gn.jpg]()
Considering that we had some smaller patches of blue glow shrooms on the PTS earlier, perhaps it's not too much to ask to have these ones added too.
Next are these land coral thingies? I don't know what they are, they seem to sprout from the stinkhorn spores, but they are all over Vvardenfell in various phases of maturity. They are bright red instead of dull purple like the basic land coral plants, but they move around as well, and they look really cool. My aquatic land coral garden screams to have these ones added to there.
![4IcuKJb.jpg]()
And finally, water lilies. They look so pretty, and every house with water access, or with a lake or pond, would love to have some patches of these added to them.
![9IFA1QN.jpg]()
This concludes my post number 1, which focuses mostly on fungus, carnivorous plants (those venus flytraps ftw!) and other Vvardenfell flora. Several posts coming up maybe later today or one of these days, stay tuned. I'm not sure who's the guy or gal in charge of the whole housing and furnishing system, but I'm gonna tag some of you folks and hopefully this can be delivered to the right eyes. Thanks!

Zos get rid of bound on pick up.
I havent been playing that long and I just found out theres items locked behind vet dungeons and trials im not interested in doing and I cant even buy it at guild traders.
Ive been doing the work to try to master all crafts in hopes of being able to get enough gold to buy the items I want from the content I do not want to bother with. Apparently there was a time when it wasnt bound on pick up.
Zos stop trying to force people to do things they dont want to do. No wonder theres posts about fake tanks/healers/dps.
Except I dont want to be a jerk and ruin other peoples time by bringing my pvp character into a vet dungeon. Im not wasting gold to respec CP and morphs to pve.
And Im sure people who dont like pvp dont want to be forced to go to cyrodill or BG just to get any significant amount of transmutation crystals.
I doubt master crafters like the economy being nerfed because of bound on pick up.
People can decide for themselves how and what they want to play, they dont need a nanny state to ram content down their throats that theyre not interested in.

PvE Tanking Discussion for Dragon Bones
Hey everyone . Been doing some testing and ran one of the new dungeons with a DK tank in PTS today . Nerfs to PvE Tank sustain is quite high sadly . I am hoping this thread will help you understand what is going on and/or find a way around it .
BLOCK COST
Base block cost reduced to 1730 from 2160 .
Live patch block cost calculation :
Block Cost = (( 2160 * (1-Shadow Ward) (1-Sturdy) (1-Fortress)) - Shield-Play) * (1-Defensive Posture)
Lowest possible block cost for this formula is 88 .
And here is the new one =
Block Cost = (( 1730 - Shield-Play ) * (1-Shadow Ward) (1-Sturdy) ( 1-Fortress)) * (1-Defensive Posture)
Lowest possible block cost for this formula is 336 .
Now , the important part is , how effective Shield-Play is .
Let's do two different setups . First one with 3 Shield-Play enchants , second one with none .
First setup has 336 block cost while the second one has 520 . Looking at the difference , Shield-Play enchants doesn't seem to be as effective as before . 3 enchants give you a block cost reduction of 184 , which was 609 before the nerf . This brings up the question . Shield-Play enchants are worth it or not ?
I think the answer lies in what kind of fight you will be tanking in . For example , while tanking axes , Shield-Play enchants will win without a doubt while Magicka Recovery enchants perform better in fights where you don't block as much . I would say Stamina Cost Reduction could be useful as well but they get their share from diminishing returns too and there isn't really a lot of skills that cost stamina except Pierce Armor and Heroic Slash . To sum it up , I think we have to keep different jewelries with different enchants on them , for different fights .
While running one of the new dungeons , I tried 3 Magicka Recovery glyphs on jewelry . My build was Ebon/Alkosh/Lord Warden , 8 Sturdy , all tri-stat enchants as an Imperial . Classic trials tank build in other words . I was running Lord Mundus and Equilibrium . Being honest with you , I had issues whenever I permablocked . I had to drop my block and throw some heavy attacks time to time . You actually can keep permablocking with just Equilibrium and Igneous Shield spam , especially with the help of potions and Battle Roar passive , it is quite easy as long as you have a decent healer . Still , this doesn't matter because you will have to support your team with usage of other skills , costing time and resources .
SYNERGIES AND ALKOSH
Another nerf we need to talk about is Orb and Spear synergy . The cooldown increased to 30 seconds from 20 seconds . This is a straight nerf to Alkosh and sustain . I don't know why this happened , even though ZOS says it's because they are not triggering the Global Cooldown anymore . I don't see it being a good reason for such a strong nerf like this .
There are some more nerfs to Alkosh wearing tanks and Stamina DDs . Such as ;
Blood Funnel and Blood Feast (Blood Altar & morphs) : Increased the radius of the prompt to 28 meters.
Radiate (Inner Fire & morphs) : The prompt is now only visible to allies positioned further than 18 meters away from the taunted enemy.
Spawn Broodlings, Black Widows, and Arachnophobia (Trapping Webs & morphs) : The prompt is now only visible to allies positioned further than 18 meters away from the webbed enemy.
With these changes , I don't see Alkosh being as good as before even though you could use it on both tanks and still get high uptime . Only synergies you will be using are Conduit and Orbs/Shards as a tank , which makes Alkosh uptime really low when solo and worse compared to current live version .
With the new CP increase , DDs will get less and less benefits from damage oriented CPs . I think it is time for DDs to cover the lack of penetration with the extra CP and let tanks use some other support set .
It almost looks like ZOS wants to make Alkosh useless (both for tanks and melee DDs) but it is such a good set , I hope ZOS will revent some of these changes so we can keep using it more effectively .
OFF BALANCE AND LIGHTNING STAFF
Another important change is about Off Balance . I know a lot of tanks use Lightning Staff on their back bar for better Crusher uptime and some help with Off Balance . With the new block cost changes and Off Balance changes , I think Lightning Staff is not useful anymore . During my testing runs , I used a Frost Staff without the Tri-Focus passive . If you take that passive , your Magicka will be RIP while on back bar . It is really , really bad . I do not recommend it to anyone . Just don't take the passive and try to stay as low amount time as possible on your back bar .
I think keeping a Destro Staff on back bar is still a very good strat for better Crusher uptime , whether it be Frost , Lightning or Flame . Frost preferred obviously .
CLASS DIFFERENCE
Another issue I would like to talk about is the difference between classes . Dragonknights and Wardens are far better at sustaining without dropping block in live server . This gap between classes will grow a lot more , forcing other classes to drop block and heavy attack far more often , making them much harder to play , especially if we consider the lag and required reaction time for veteran trials . I do not like this one bit . There needs to be some changes . Obviously , you could drop block and heavy attack whenever it is necessary but it will be necessary to do that quite often , especially for certain classes . This means , less care about group support and boring gameplay . Making it harder to sustain on tanks do not make the game more fun . Next patch is so harsh on tanks that we will have to stop debuffing to heavy attack because we actually can consume more than 2k stamina in 2 seconds , even with the lowest block cost setup .
FINAL WORDS
It almost looks like to me that ZOS wants tanks to drop support sets and wear sets that will give them self-sustain , tankiness etc. Tanking is and always been a support role in this game and should stay that way . These changes will make quite a lot of PvE tanks to stop playing their tank and play some other role . No offense to PvP players but these changes are hilarious just because some players fails to kill a tank in Cyrodiil . I think a lot of people on forums read that one thread where some guy kills 10 high-rank players (all of them had cost increase poisons) on his own as a permablock DK . What a joke ... Well guess what , there are already too few tanks in PvE and these changes will make some of them quit their role . I remember in Morrowind where ZOS introduced all the sustain nerfs and almost half of my raiding group quit the game because how boring it was to play . Now the same thing is happening to this small PvE tanking community that makes me wonder how many will continue . I know that this is only the first week of PTS and there will be changes but for now , this is what I think . I am hoping for better changes coming in the next several weeks .
Thanks for reading ,
Liofa

Give us NPCs for our houses
I would really like a bard to put in my house. Even better would be two bards, one that would sing and one that would cycle through different instruments
at your choice. I really liked that in Skyrim.
I would also really like a servant of some type. If they were just sweeping or something very general, you could put them in the stable or the house and
it could serve a double purpose. If the servant could give you the daily writs, that would be even better. "Master, these requests came for you while you were away."
Perfect.

How often do you get disconnected in ESO? PC and console players.
I play on PS4 EU, and disconnects are so frequent that typing dc in chat is an abbreviation you often see in chat and everyone understands what it means.
I dc from the game 5 times yesterday and only played for about 6 hours. The worse is when you are typing, it is if the game kicks you for being idle talking in chat.
This is unacceptable, especially that I am paying money for a service, eso+ and a bulk of my time is being disconnected, reloging ect.
The absolute worse is when we get a dc in dungeon no death/speed run runs, and trial score runs, but it happens so frequently.
So how often does this happen, is this a issue we all have to deal with?
I played on PC at launch and I do not remember any of this happening at all.

Switching from hard disc copy to digital copy of the game
I have the eso Ultimate Edition (PS4 disc) that came out before the one Tamriel update and I want to switch to a digital copy (now Morrowind base game not the dlc) but I want to make sure I don't lose any of the benefits like upgrading to the Imperial Armor (or any others I can't remember) is it possible? (the customer support section has been less than helpful)

looking for matte colors
now that we have a nice outfit system it would be nice to have matte colors.
i see all NPC wearing outfits with nice matte colors, but somehow most of colors we get on achievements are hideous shiny colors.
i would be nice to have info on achievement colors informing if it will be matte or shiny, because sometimes i spend a lot of time after one achievement just to find out in the end that it was another horrible gloss color.
anyway... is there any site or something listing the type of colors we get?

Cant storage rare fish in the storage coffins
Hi Zenimax. For those of us who like to collect the collectible's from monsters and the rare fish, please add the option to place them in the coffers. Right now they are taking up space in my bank, alts and inventory on my main character. I would love to store them somewhere and I thought these coffers would be the solution.
